Fergus Style Cala Blanca Suites

This is our 2nd time here and the last. It's ok and having the sea is lovely. The pool area let it down for me. You could not get a sunbed and it was generally dirty and not clean. The smell from the drains was unpleasant and the pool toilet smelt dreadful.

This has been, by far, the best holiday we have had in recent years. Our children are at the tricky tween/ pre teen stage so it can sometimes be a struggle to please everyone but this hotel had it all - amazing staff, stunning views, excellent service, range of facilities for children of all ages and easy to access local amenities. The staff made this holiday for us. We are not sun worshippers so we enjoyed relaxing in each others company but participating in a range of activities with the entertainment staff. The staff even managed to persuade our pre teen sons to participate in activities such as boules, water basket, darts etc. The entertainment staff have the patience of saints and the energy to match as they quickly got to know all the children and included them day or night in their activities. The Shetland ponies are an added bonus and have a homely, cosy impact on the hotel. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with a beach that has a coastal path you can walk along. Our children loved the view of the boats and vessels passing daily and one of them even tried paddle boarding (private facility not provided by hotel) for the first time. Just round the corner of the path leading to the pebble beach was a diving area for people to use. We all had a swim in the sea within view of our hotel, it was a fabulous memory for us as a family. There are many excursions you can book through the hotel operators if you want to explore more of Santa Ponca. We took a trip out dolphin watching. This trip also let us view other resorts on the coast. You can also get the ferry to Palma for the day. We didn't get to do this unfortunately but we will next time. If you are not a fan of boats, the hotel is within walking distance of Santa Ponca which has a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops to visit and a lovely promenade which is great for people watching and frequently by the locals. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and couples alike. The staff make it a memorable experience and the view is stunning especially at sunset.

The hotel and facilities are excellent. The staff are amazing with everyone and learn your names almost instantly. The entertainment is also very good and enjoyable for all. The food and buffet caters for all tastes and dietary requirements. My only downside is the bed and pillows. The bed is too hard for my liking and the pillows are definitely not as fluffy as they used to be.

We thought the suite could have been a bit more updated but didn’t put us off Have to say the staff work so hard, restaurant is amazing and with so much choice of food even a picky eater like me always had something good and they work tirelessly making sure it is all clean with a smile on their faces Thanks to the restaurant managers and the bar managers for always being cheerful and also making a big deal out my birthday I so appreciate it Would recommend this hotel to families especially as they work tirelessly doing the kids entertainment Would def come back Thanks so much

Terrible hotel. Not 4 star hotel. The hotel is in tatters from reception throughout. Furnishings in tatters in reception and bar areas. Toilets in bar area covered on urine that you would need welly boots. Food terrible. Room outdated and dirty. Cables hanging down in room which child could have hung themselves or got elecuted. There was sick from previous guests still on bedside locker. Not enough sunbeds for guests staying. Not enough tables and chairs at night for entertainment. It was that bad we had to move hotels at an extra cost.

Our stay was once again faultless we love coming back here time and time again this was our 6 th visit and have already booked next stay, reception staff mainly anna when we were there couldn't be more helpful thanks anna :) Bar staff as always fantastic Andres is a star cheers mate restaurant staff Andres and lolo so very helpful my wife is in a wheelchair always a table reserved for us so no issues seating ever food quality is amazing such a wide and varied selection always something for every taste Goofy and entertainment are always amazing non stop all-day and all night i don't know how they can keep it up so good with all children always remember names from years ago try goofies cocktails they will make your hair curl All staff always remember us from cleaners , bar , entertainment and restaurant thank you fergus another fantastic holiday see you soon Ric, Sophie, George and Katie

We stayed at fergus style cala blanca 24th-30th June we took my 11 year old nephew and this hotel did not dissapoint everything was fantastic, our first time all inclusive the food was lovely there is so much choice there is something for everyone and I'm a fussy eater but still had so much choice, the room we had 048 a superior suite was lovely with a sea view rooms cleaned daily spotlessly clean fresh towels and sheets everyday, the entertainment team were fantastic goofy, Bob, Sophie made the holiday for my nephew alfie they work so hard and are brilliant with the kids know all the kids names making them feel so special ,every evening at the mini disco they present all the kids who've took part through the day with winners certificates and sing we are the champions it's so amazing what they do fantastic and then they do the evening entertainment some nights aswell they deserve medals , I'll give our stay 5stars as could not fault anything was fantastic
