The waiter was very polite and patiently communicated with me and explained various facilities even though I didn't understand Japanese. The free yukatas you can wear when checking in are available in different designs and colors. The hot springs and rock baths are very comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay here!

It was a bit hard to find. I couldn't find the entrance when I got off the bus in Sapporo. But I met a kind passerby who drove me there. I was very touched. I almost missed dinner. There were places for everyone to rest everywhere in the hotel. It was really quiet and comfortable to go alone. Unfortunately, the single bath was full, but I went late to the public one, so I was the only one who occupied it. The open-air bath was really comfortable. There was a little snow, and the southerners were ecstatic.

The hotel service is good, but it is relatively small and does not have many facilities. Check-in is only at three in the afternoon. The time for hot spring bathing is also relatively short. The opening hours do not seem to be suitable for travelers staying one night. You cannot bathe at ten in the morning. We booked two meals, and the meal was very simple. Compared with the previous meals in Hakone and other hot spring hotels, this one is really too simple.
