I've stayed here a few times, so I knew how convenient it was.
It's called a hotel, but it's a private lodging run by a hotel, so it has a kitchen.

I was also concerned about the dust inside the air conditioner and the dirt on the kitchen exhaust fan.
I also read in another review that it takes 20 minutes to get to Susukino in winter, which bothered me...

Susukino Station is about a 10-minute walk away, regardless of summer or winter.
