"We stayed here for three nights with our travel group (78 people) in two coaches. When we arrived, another coach was already parked in front of the building, but this was never a problem for the hotel and its staff. You never noticed that the hotel was so full. We were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager Christoph and were given our room assignments. The rooms are comfortably furnished and were always very clean. With the window open, you sleep with the sound of the stream, which can be very loud in some rooms. The very friendly staff were always there for us to our complete satisfaction. I would particularly like to mention the barmaid Doris. Shortly after our arrival, she knew us by name. Great. The whole ambience and of course the food are excellent. Unfortunately, due to lack of time, I was unable to use the wellness facilities and the indoor pool. But I will make up for that on my next visit. We spent four wonderful days in Mallaun with nice people, good music and great Tyrolean hospitality. Many thanks to all the staff."

"Hotel in the centre of Lake, the bathroom is 3 minutes walking distance. Rooms are very clean, only the traffic noise from the street in the night slightly disturbing, with open window. Eat absolute top, still rarely so good and varied eating. it is always asked if you had enough. Staff very friendly and motivated, each question is handled competent and very friendly. You feel right well. Parking available, bus stop near the hotel, mine 5 minutes away. Price performance very good. This hotel is very recommended, even if it is only for food."
