少し解りにくい場所だったので、ナビを使ってたどり着くことができた。部屋は、新しくは無いが清潔にされていて、特に問題はなかった。フロントの接客は丁寧で好感が持てた 静かな立地で夜はゆっくり休むことができた。 朝食は小分けされ、安心して食べることができ、味も手作り感があって、優しい味だった。スタッフのみなさんもにこやかで、朝から元気を貰えた。今回は一泊だが、数日滞在して、隠れ家的に使えそうなホテルだと思った。

The smell was strange at the moment I entered the room and opened the door of the unit bus. I was surprised by the terrible dirt of the toilet seat in the toilet. It's too bad. I told the front desk that I asked you to clean it while I was out. I really wanted to change the room itself .... We should discuss the hotel's response until we have a convincing answer to the hotel's 々 responsibility and not to do this again. Don't end with a slick answer. Feel the seriousness of the repeater's decrease of one person. And never think sweetly. I didn't have a word of apology at check-out, and I thought it was worth staying at this hotel until I paid a high price. I'm really sorry.

Hotel Keihan Sendai has just opened. I was able to stay at a low price with the combination of Jalan's special opening plan and GOTO. I visited by private car, but there is a parking lot (Hot House Aoba-dori Daiichi Parking) in the basement. 1500 yen per night. Directly connected by elevator. Convenient. The location is next to the 77 Bank head office along Aoba-dori. Check-in is done by yourself on the touch panel and payment is made at the check-in machine. In addition to cash, credit card payment is possible. The room is a single room on the 9th floor. I was able to see Aoba-dori from the window in the corner room. The equipment is also new. The temperature of the lighting and air conditioner can be adjusted in 0.5 degree increments with the tablet at the bedside. The TV is a 43-inch made by Panasonic. You can also see mirroring of smartphones and YouTube. The unit bath is reasonably large. There is a lounge and Starbucks coffee machine on the 2nd floor, which you can get for free. (The next time I stay, I will have breakfast.) When I go to Sendai, the number of hotels I want to use again has increased.

Came to see Yuzuru Hanyu's NS ice show and booked this hotel. It's quite close to Sendai Station, about 8-9 minutes walk. There are 711 and Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient.
Disposable items are available, pick them up at the lobby elevator entrance, which is quite useful.
Lotion, rubber bands, cotton pads, bathrobes, toner, facial cleanser, makeup remover, etc. are all available. . This is quite good!!
Hygiene: The room is very clean, the bedding is also clean, and I didn't feel uncomfortable with my skin after staying for a few nights. The space is also large (after all, Japanese hotels are relatively small), and two large 26-inch suitcases can be opened🧳🧳.
Service: The front desk staff can speak English, and you can also store your luggage. The service attitude is very friendly and great.

I stayed here on my first night in Sendai and it was really amazing!
There is also such a Japanese-style hot spring resort in the city. I am very satisfied.
The large baths and hot springs are great, and you can also enjoy popsicles and Yakult when you come out.
There is a free coffee bar in the public area, and there is also late-night ramen.
Breakfast is the main reason to stay here. There are rich dishes such as seafood donburi.
All in all, I will definitely stay here when I come to Sendai!

The water pressure in the shower is strong and weak, and it becomes stressful because the momentum becomes strong or weak. Also, when it comes to temperature, it suddenly rises to nearly 50 degrees Celsius, and vice versa. If you start taking a shower, this will continue forever. Also, the ventilation port in the room (not in the shower room, there is an air exit by the bed) was bobbing at a tremendous volume, so I was soundproofed with a gum tape and slept. In addition, there are only two dryers for the laundry, and the drying is poor, so many people use it for about 90 minutes, so there is a waiting time. Also, unlike other stores, it is unmanned, so replenishment of amenities needs to call the staff one by one.

Perhaps the best hotel throughout my Tokyo - Tohoku trip. Comparatively spacious, staff speaks English well, the onsen spa is very affordable for guests, walking distance from Sendai station, hotel has unique 18th century European design, comfortable beds, good amenities. Only thing is that the onsen spa does not permit guests with tattoo, which can pose a bit of a problem in light of the free and open society nowadays. Perhaps the hotel can limit it to restricting only guests with ”tattoo sleeves” or something. Small cute little tattoos all over the body do not necessarily create a negative perception. I have 3 small tattoos on my body and I still went to the onsen nonetheless during non-peak hours, just to be respectful (I was all alone and would have left if it created discomfort for other guests). But love the hotel overall. Highly recommended.

This was my first time staying at the Metropolitan in Sendai. When I made the reservation, only smoking rooms were available, but they changed it to non-smoking when I checked in. The room was a card key, but there was no place to insert the card for the light switch, so I had to turn it on myself. The room felt old, and the bath and toilet smelled like drainage.
The bed was an Airweave mattress, so my back didn't hurt when I woke up in the morning. There were fewer breakfast options than I expected. I booked with breakfast included, but it was 3,000 yen to add breakfast. It was disappointing for that price.
If the price is higher than when I booked this time, I don't think I'll return.

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about 5-6 minutes to walk to Sendai Station. It's a pity that there is no convenience store downstairs. The lobby on the second floor is bright and has a variety of free products for guests to pick up (shaving powder, bath powder, lotion, lotion, elastic bands, facial mask, tea bags, coffee, etc.).
The room is not big and it is difficult to open and store two 28-inch suitcases flatly. The air-conditioning and ventilation are acceptable, and the lighting is sufficient. There is also a lamp on the desk.
Thin toilet paper is a common problem in this hotel, and the same is true for Aomori Daiwa Roynet.
Every time you take the elevator, you must stop at the second floor. This is the hotel's design, but it is very annoying to guests. It is a waste of time to stop at the second floor even when no one is there.
Will choose other better hotels next time.

GGuest UserWe stayed one night for trip to Tohoku. Hotel was brand new and SO CLEAN! Location: Literally 3 min walk from station. If you have luggae, it's tricky: come out on 2nd floor, going through connected bridge and use elevator at PARCO then ground level and hotel is next door. Great location walk to everywhere, has beautiful starbucks downstairs. Morning market is right behind the hotel; we were hoping that we could get some breakfast early in am. When we went at 8am, not many stores were open yet. We were able to get local strawberries for decent price and it was really good. Room: Got Relax Twin Room. Has electric massage chair in room with corner views. Views were not that great but room was very spacious, hollywood twins. Separate tub/shower and vanity was very nice, very nice decor. Coin Laundry: This hotel has coin laundry (all-in-one with dryer) and that's the reason why we stayed. We were able to see if Washer is in use or not with room TV which was GREAT. I felt we could have stayed other 2 nights (stayed at Metropolitan East due to its location) at Daiwa, it was very nice stay. Brand new, clean hotel in great location and great rates. I'd go back again next time next time!

CCamper810753Until the first time or until you get used to it, you can listen to the explanation at the front desk. Entry and exit, payment is all your own terminal operation. It's not difficult, but at first you're confused. There is no dressing room and locker room just near the front desk. The guests have a key locker in their capsule room. I have never used it on a day trip, but I think that time bathing uses the locker in front of the bathing facility on the top floor. Since I put a training machine in the place where it was originally a dining room, there was no place to relax in eating and drinking. It is cheaper near the station, so it is much more cost-effective than entering the net cafe badly. Of course, we fly free Wi-Fi in the building.

Mmegu miI think the biggest strength is that there is a hot spring facility.
I thought the price setting was also exquisite.
The cost was just under 15,000 yen per person for 1 child and 2 adults, including breakfast.
Before making the reservation, I was worried about whether to make a reservation because the room seemed small, but when I actually saw it, the furniture was well arranged and it was easy to use. The abundance of electrical outlets was also helpful.
The surrounding area seems to be a factory area, there are a lot of trucks, and smoke is coming out from what looks like a factory, so I wonder if I chose the wrong hotel. However, the service and ideas made up for the negative aspects, and after staying at the hotel, I felt that it was a great hotel. I would also like to stay at another Dormy Inn.
Dormy Inn, which is close to the station, has a paid parking lot, but this one, which is far from the station, has free parking. There are some hotels that charge a fee even though they are far from the station, and I don't stay at those hotels (lol).They don't seem to be trying to provide service that is up to date with the times.
For breakfast, there were signs introducing Sendai's specialties, so it was easy to understand and I enjoyed the meal. I also like the taste. Some people said it had a strong flavor, but I think the real pleasure of traveling is enjoying the seasonings tailored to the region. Unfortunately, Sasakama was out of stock 30 minutes after breakfast started. I bought some at the station, but I think it would have been better if I had eaten it for breakfast instead of eating it straight out of the bag. The Yonaki Ramen served in the evening was a simple soy sauce ramen that was delicious. It's exciting to eat together at night.

GGuest UserI stayed at ”strange hotel Sendai Kokubun Cho” just opened on September 1 this year. The location is in the ichibancho arcade. Near Sendai Mitsukoshi and Kokubun Cho. Net reservation from yaran. It was a special plan to open, and I was able to stay at 5000 yen with breakfast for one night. First of all, a nice projection mapping is greeted from the entrance to the check-in counter, and the check-in is unmanned. After filling in the necessary matters in the touch panel, the system is deposited by the adjustment machine (credit card 💳 etc.) and the card key is received. There was no particular difficult operation. I'm going to the room immediately. The single room on the 4 floor guided. The bed is double size. The mat is made of French bed. The bed was outstanding. There is an outlet at the pillow and the charging of the smartphone 🔋 is easy. The size is 16.6 square meters and full. The TV is very convenient to use video content such as YouTube on Sony's gravure 43 inches and smart TV. Also, the LG styler extends the shirt and deodorization effect of the clothes. MMeganTraveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

However, men can use it after midnight and after work hours. Other time zones are female-only alternation systems, so they are not available for people who work normally. It was not available because the time zone and the actual time zone published on the official site were different. Despite the fact that the front desk is not Bali or free, it is narrow and there is no lobby.
