If anyone is interested in a budget hotel in the Shinchon area, this is the place for you. Cheap, clean rooms, good service. It's a short walk from Shinchon Station Exit 7. There's a small uphill walk. There's a CU nearby, very convenient.

I stayed with a friend.

The hotel itself was neat and tidy, the air conditioning was brand new, and it was great to have a bathtub at this price.
