Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Seoul

I made a huge mistake and booked one day less than I planned to stay. On the day I was actually supposed to check out, I had gone somewhere far from the hotel without checking out and they contacted me letting me know i needed to check out. Even though check out is 11, they gave me until 1pm but of courae i couldnt make it back in time. I called them to check if I could book one more night and they said it was no problem and said I could come back when it's convenient for me to pay and extend my stay. I was really thankful for this because the problem was caused by my mistake. In terms of the room, it's quite spacious. It's industrial style. The bathroom has a modern toilet with as many or more functions than a Japanese toilet. The bath tub is massive. Keep in mind, this hotel doesn't do complimentary housekeeping unless you stay for 7 or more days, they don't regularly bring towels to your room or come collect your garbage, you must go and get towels from reception and dispose of your rubbish. The room doesn't provide too much stuff but just the necessities like medium fridge, hair dryer, body wash, conditioner, shampoo, face towel, bin. For me this was perfect because I don't often use the other amenities in a hotel so it ends up being a waste usually. I'm also usually okay without housekeeping everyday so it felt more private for me. The hotel gym is new and clean, I also tried the brunch cafe downstairs and that was quite good too. The only bad point is that it's quite far from Hongdae station. Around a 15-20 minute walk. When making plans, you should take thst into account so you're not late. If you don't mind the walk, it's really nice because the location is very quiet and there's lots of restaurants, cafes, bakeries and convenience stores along the way. Honestly while staying here, it felt like I was living here in Korea rather than staying in a hotel.

fantastic stay, great big and clean room. nice view of the city and even the N Seoul Tower. service was good but have to call concierge regarding clening up of room. location is slightly far from the nearest Yongsan train station (about 10mins walk). Yongsan station is connected to I'park mall which have many of the big shopping brands. overall it's worth the price that we paid for.

The hotel location was very near the hongaik university mrt exit. The hotel decoration is very trendy and instagramable. The hotel check in was supposed to be at 1500 but when I arrived at 4pm I still had to wait till 5pm to finally check into my room. The staff gave me some local snacks as an apology. The cleanliness of the room was good. Check out was also easy. The buffet breakfast provided was good quality for the price I pay.

A great spot, very central and quality accommodation. George, the concierge, did a terrific job assisting us. The reception team were more hit and miss. It was difficult getting a table for breakfast for four of us when two didn’t want to be eat. Also, they may not check you out if the silly rooms keys they have are left in your room. Overall, a good place to stay.

Best staying experience in Seoul ever over 50+ hotels in the city. Cozy environment, core location nx to Guanghwamun. Local supermarket opposite to hotel front door. All you need from FS concierge to travel through the city.

They said 11am is check out time. I requested them to check out at 12:30pm Of course I was going to pay for the late check-out. But They said that if I pay half the hotel rate, I can check out at 6pm. inflexible hotel staff.

Conveniently located next to IFC mall. There is a walkway at L1 that leads you directly to the mall with many high end stores. However, I am not quite happy with their pool. Half of the pool is blocked for play. There are about 20-30 kids there. I doubt they are all hotel guests. The remaining two lanes are ”members only,” and ”laps.” I am not sure what kind of membership you need to be able to swim on the members only lane. That lane is usually not occupied. The lap lane is busy. People jump in and out wihtout notifying the people alreay in the lane. I hit severl people by accident because of the lack of warning. When I asked whether I can use the members only lane. I was told no. Again, I am a paying guest for the hotel. Why can't I use the members only lane? In addition, they have to clean the pool every two hours for 15 minutes (pool is closed during the cleaning). I have never seen a pool that needs cleaning every two hours. Very poor management there.

Friendly staffs, and very thoughtful! I didn’t request clean my room one day, when I back the hotel, there is a bag of refill water bottles and new towels etc hanging on my door. Thank you very much:) Hotel locate at nice area in Gangnam. I found few very nice cafes / restaurants / Coex mall which are not far away. 2- 3 blocks from google map you can easy reach there by foot. Taxi to other side of river about 20 nzd. Not expensive. 더 포트 cafe/ bakery is 2 min walk ( around corner from hotel car park); mammamia cafe 20 min walk while you can pass Kpop road. Standard cafe is very cool- 15 min walk.. cross road blow fish looks Korean restaurant is open 24 hours.. pork soup is nice.. seems local eat place.

The hotel is in a great location. The facilities are a bit old compared to new hotels in China, but they can all be used. No problem. The hotel arranged an extra bed. When checking in, maybe because it was the weekend, you had to wait until 3 o'clock to be called to check in. This was the first time I encountered this. Breakfast is 80 points. Insadong and Ikseondong are popular around, and Gyeongbokgung Palace is also very close.
