"I had such a fun and memorable stay at Moxy Putrajaya, and the hotel perfectly lives up to its bold, playful brand vibe! The lobby is an absolute vibe with its quirky decor—loving the iconic pink Beetle car installation, neon accents, and retro touches like the vintage-style phone in the rooms. It feels like stepping into a trendy, Instagram-worthy hangout spot the moment you walk in. My twin room was compact but smartly designed, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The minimalist yet stylish decor kept the space feeling fresh, and the plush beds made for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was spotless, with sleek black-and-white subway tiles and modern fixtures, and the open-concept layout felt surprisingly roomy. The retro phone by the bed was such a fun, nostalgic touch that really captured the hotel’s personality! Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—right next to IOI City Mall, with direct access via escalator, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring Putrajaya. The staff were friendly and laid-back, fitting perfectly with the hotel’s casual, welcoming atmosphere, and the common areas (including the rooftop bar) were great spots to unwind after a busy day. If you’re looking for a stay that’s equal parts stylish, convenient, and full of personality, Moxy Putrajaya is a fantastic choice. It’s ideal for travelers who want a fun, hassle-free stay with a cool, modern twist. 10/10, would definitely stay again!"

"I come here usually stay around in conezion for easy connection to ioi mall or putrajaya government office. This hotel is suitable for short stay, the room is just enough space for 2 adult with 1 or child. but the location is great, need to pay for parking. I come here to pickup my car at mazda putrajaya"

"The apartment was clean, fresh and spacious with 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen and outdoor laundry area. The apartment was fully equipped including tv and wifi. The apartment complex has a 24-hour convenience store plus a few small restaurants. The apartments are a 2-3 minute drive to the IOI City Mall which has all the main retail stores including a supermarket."

"I arrived at the hotel late at night, and the reception team was already waiting for me. I highly recommend informing them about your arrival time in advance — it makes the check-in process very smooth. The check-in itself was fast and easy. No one escorted me to the room, which is probably not part of their service standard. It wasn’t a problem, but it would have been a nice touch. The room was clean, spacious, and completely free of cigarette smell, which is very important to me. Housekeeping was done daily, and the staff did their job very well. Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, which is great because I was able to sleep well and still enjoy breakfast. There are not many vegetarian options, but you can ask the chef to prepare rice or noodles separately for you. The staff is very attentive and polite. The team genuinely tries to anticipate guests’ needs, and you can really feel their care and professionalism. The swimming pool and fitness center are located away from the main building, which is actually a big advantage because the area stays quiet and peaceful. There was no hair conditioner in the bathroom at first, but after I asked for it, the staff replaced it very quickly. Another nice bonus is the complimentary coffee at the Park Bar from 4 PM to 6 PM — don’t miss it. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, but there is no night schedule, so it’s better to contact the reception in advance to arrange your transfer. I would be happy to return to this hotel because of the high level of care for guests. Your team is doing an amazing job!"

"It's very convenient as it's connected to the mall. The best was the breakfast. The minute we walked in we were served with warm and excellent service from all the staff. The variety of food, drinks and dessert were out of the ordinary. Will definitely continue to come back."
