"Rating of at most 3 stars, or less!!! High price in relation to quality/price. ALL employees without uniforms, they wear a simple t-shirt and jeans, one of them who was working at breakfast was wearing ripped jeans with several cuts, which is poorly presented for a hotel employee. Breakfast with little quantity, slow replenishment. The hotel is under construction, they were passing by with construction materials in the breakfast room. The hotel has no bar, only a vending machine. Complete disappointment, I do not recommend it."

"The hotel is excellent, everything is clean and very new, and the bathroom is spacious and modern. However, we had problems with one of the room access cards, and when we asked them to reactivate it, they told us we weren't registered for that room. This was at 3:00 AM, and we couldn't access the room because there had been a registration error. We were a group of 20 people, and they hadn't entered the correct room number. Even after explaining to Federico, the night receptionist, that we were a group, giving him everyone's names so they could find us and see that we belonged to the group, showing him our IDs, and even asking him to open the room so we could show him what was inside, he absolutely refused to give us access. Finally, we had to wake up a roommate from the next room, who was incorrectly registered for our room, and they gave her our room key, which allowed us to finally get in. We spent over 30 minutes arguing with the receptionist, who was attending to another couple who arrived at that moment. Federico's attitude was completely unhelpful, ineffective, and highly unprofessional. This happened on the night of June 20-21, 2026; our group was the Latino Masters handball team."

"The most frustrating organization I ever had to deal with. When I arrived at the hotel they said that the air conditioner was broken, which they could have just called and let me know before, but anyways, they said I could cancel my reservation and get my money back in a week. Called them a 100x times because of the refund...to this day I am still waiting for my refund. You have been warned :)"
