The service was very good. Had a bit of trouble with the Wifi connection but the staff was able to provide help immediately. Although I didn't speak Chinese and only relied on the translation app, they were able to understand just fine.

The room is small, but the facilities are quite complete. The floor height is quite depressing, and the elevator is less than 180cm, which is not very friendly. In addition, the windows are too small... Breakfast is served at the noodle shop next door, which is not bad. This hotel is also troublesome for guests who drive themselves. There is no parking lot. The nearest parking lot is 300 meters south, 10/hour, and the daily cap is 80. Well, this is the Magic City, so we have to endure it.

Good hotel with amazing staff! Conveniently located a short walk from Century Park mrt and longyang mrt. Also nice for runners to have century park less than a kilometer away - went running there suring our stay and loved it. The highlight of our stay, however, was the staff! We wanted to buy an extra suitcase on YD, but found that this was practically impossible without a Chinese number when ordering to China. Thankfully, 毛主君 who was working at the reception, spent a good 15 minutes brainstorming with us and ended up figuring out a way to order it. Really really thankful for the fact that he managed to help us out and with such a great attitude!

The hotel service is good. Seeing that there are many people, they upgraded our room type. It is close to the subway station and convenient for travel. Recommended.

I like my stay a lot! The lady on the lobby was very helpful with the wifi and everything. Also, location was good, it was 10 minutes away from a metro station. I would totally recommend staying here.

Really amazing hotel. I think it’s worth visiting, my stay was worthwhile. From really well mannered hotel staff to quality of service. I highly recommend staying here if you come to Shanghai.

Convenient location for those who have early appointments at Entry/Exit Department. Spacious and perfectly clean room. Always ready to help team. Great thanks to Suki at Frond Desk for her assistance and follow up during my staying.

Another stay here. A simple, no frills hotel for a good price. I love the location with two plazas within walking distance and the metro station about a 6 minute walk. Very convenient for getting to anywhere in the city on Line 9. This is the first time I checked the television and was a bit sad that there was only one English channel. Though this was not a big deal for me as I was only in the room to sleep. I like to book a room on the south side of the hotel as there is an open view looking over a school field. However, if you stay on a weekday, I am told the school has announcements early in the morning, so a room on the north side might be better for Sunday night to Thursday night. Check in was fast again and I was in my room within about 5 minutes. While I was very comfortable in my room, I did notice that the walls were getting a bit worn. There was also something on the walls that looked like dust, but I hope it wasn't mold. It seems they might need to think about doing some simple renovations. The height adjustment for the shower was also broken so it wanted to fall. I should have mentioned this to the front desk but I forgot. Overall, another nice stay but they may need to plan some simple renovations like painting the walls and checking the fixtures in the rooms.

Environment: The location of the hotel is next to the community. Then it's super quiet. The hotel lobby + interior are very nice. I'm a relatively picky person when it comes to setup, but at this price it's really okay for this environment. Sanitation: No way! Facilities: basically everything is available. Service: I felt it when I had breakfast. Very serious attitude. (There is my favorite custard bun, hahahaha happy.)
