Best Pet Friendly Hotels in Shanghai

Great welcome by the concierge that helped with my luggage. When I got to the reception, a young lady named Chancy Li helped me to arrange a nice room which I asked for and was very friendly. The room was comfortable and cleanliness was perfect. I like the coffee and tea selection in the room. Also the Christmas tree and decoration in the lobby is beautiful. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.

This place is super nice. Very spacious with a complete kitchen set altogether with the appliances and the kitchen ware. I thought there was no amenities but it turns out they give atelier cologne which is very good brand. For me the price is very cheap comparing to the facilities and the service that I get. Because while I was in Shanghai I also stayed at another 5 star hotel which so expensive but the service is bad. In Riverdale I stayed for about 10 days and it felt like home to me. I also had my first experience where they use robots to send my shopping stuff or even food and drink that I bought, right to my doorstep anytime. Very interesting. The staff all very helpful and nice too. I'm very very satisfied with this apartment. Thinking about staying there again for my next trip.

The hotel is clean and close to airport. They provide shuttle to airport every 30 min. For the bed, they should change it with the new one. Because the bed is too soft and for me can not sleep with soft bed. Maybe its time for the management to change the bed. The staff all are friendly and helpfull

We quite frequently stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, Shishan park and botanical garden in walking (or cycling) distance. Delicious breakfast buffet. One wish is left open, namely that the construction in the park finds an end, so one can enjoy an undisturbed walk around the garden, without being stopped by green fences, blocking the way because of construction area (that never seemed to change much over the last two years anyway....)

Moreover, their service is first-rate, from pre-meal preparation to post-meal finishing, every link is well organized and meticulous. Whether it is a gathering with friends or a business banquet, Estilo Restaurant is an ideal choice. Special thanks to Mr. Noel and Charles for their hospitality. As for Ivy at the Spa, her professional skills and friendly service are unforgettable. Her massage techniques are skillful and in place, which makes me feel extremely relaxed and relieved after a busy work. Ivy is extremely sensitive to the needs of each guest and can accurately provide the most appropriate SPA services. Her professional knowledge and enthusiastic service made my experience in the Spa reach the extreme. Overall, Senz Hotel, Estilo Restaurant and the Spa have provided us with excellent service and experience. Whether it is the facilities, services or the professionalism of the management team, I am deeply satisfied. I highly recommend Senz Hotel and Estilo Restaurant to all friends who are looking for high-quality services and food, and I would also like to thank Ivy for the meticulous SPA service she provided us. The Hotel is called MoonLo Hotel on its signage out front. The surrounding area is nothing special looks wise, but it is a little shopping area which has a Luckin Coffee, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Burger King ,Lawson's, a supermarket and numerous Chinese food eating places close by. The interior of the hotel is very artful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean and tidy.

The front desk staff were friendly and kind. My room had a window facing a wall of the building next door, which isn't pleasant for a one-week stay but I wasn't there too often. The cleaning staff were also friendly and attentive and the room was cleaned daily. The big and soft butterscotch cat is a great addition to any hotel and the cafe out front is very popular. The setting overall is lovely. I didn't eat at the hotel but there are several cafes and restaurants nearby and the neighbourhood is great for exploring on foot or by bicycle.

I’m quite more and more confused to see only few people’s can speak English. It was not the case previously. Breakfast starts to be a Chinese breakfast only. Mist be improved and always the same ! No change, no proposal since 8 months at least. It’s a pity ! For the rest I appreciate to stay at this hotel and the level is good

The room has a very old Shanghai feel, very lively, a quiet spot in the downtown, very close to the subway station, convenient to go everywhere, nearby is Jing'an Temple, Jing'an Park, large shopping malls, and also close to Nanjing Road

The lobby is spacious, the room is clean and tidy, the service is very attentive and good, and the preference for the room orientation is carefully asked before check-in.
