We just finished hiking from Yubeng. At the hotel near the Shangri-La bus station, Songjian Yunyue provided a pick-up service and sent us to their homestay. The next day, they sent us to Shangri-La Airport. The service was very good. On the way, they introduced us a lot about Shangri-La and answered all our questions. As soon as we checked in, we received a welcome fruit plate, fresh green apples and plums. The accommodation facilities are very modern, with smart toilets, Xiaodu Xiaodu smart operation of curtains, music and lights, very good sanitary conditions, good lighting in the room, you can see Napahai (Napahai is across the road), the room also has a large bathtub, and the toiletries are of relatively good quality. If you book a room, you can use the electric donkey for free to travel around the lake. After checking out, there is also a souvenir: beef jerky, which is a surprise. Overall very satisfied. Highly recommended.

When I arrived, the elevator was broken (according to the reviews, it was broken in the first half of the year). There were regular ones. On the third day, when I came back from visiting, the waiter didn’t clean the room. I wanted to call the front desk, but the line of the room phone was broken. I could only call on my mobile phone. The front desk said casually that the waiter forgot to clean... What? This is the first time I heard that the waiter would forget to clean! The waiter who came later was still very polite and said sorry to us... Of course, the location of the hotel is good. It is a seven or eight minute walk from the north gate of the ancient city. There are three buses at the door that go directly to Songzanlin Temple.

The hotel is well located, with few minutes we can reach the very centre of the old town. The room is spacious and has a floor heating which makes the room warm and cozy, the humidifier provided is useful as at night the air in the room tends to be quite dry. The owner is very nice, picked up us when we arrived at the east gate station. When we left, we asked for a drop off to the main bus station, he was away for picking up other guests, but he reimbursed our taxi fare. Although It is a smaller fee, it shows that they do care about the guest. Appreciate it!
