It's very comfortable to stay and have a good rest. The mattress is soft and hard. Just right, I like it very much😍I don’t know what brand it is and where I bought it, and I want to buy one to take home hahaha😁😁😁The room I checked in did not smell of new decoration, but there was a light aromatherapy smell which was quite nice, but There is a bit of smell in the elevator, but it does not affect check-in at all. The room has an independent WiFi signal and is good. The front desk will send you a WeChat message to inform you and also send you the takeaway address (੭ •_•)📍When you check in, you will also be reminded that if there is any problem with your check-in, there will be someone on WeChat 24 hours a day. Yes, just for service, I must give full marks. In the future, when traveling to Shenzhen for business or other matters, he must be his first choice.

Visiting first time for china was very amazing this hotel was same as shown in photo the rooms & cleanliness. Location i would rate it 10/10 because it is almost 100mtr only from gangxia subway station. Hotel service and housekeeping was very amazing the reception guys are very helpful plus we had all amenities like cooking stove , centralised AC & 24hrs hot water facilities. Would definitely visit this hotel again on my shenzen trip because it is only one metro station away from the worlds biggest electronics market Thank you for hosting😀

The location is excellent, very close to the subway station and very convenient. It is well-equipped and the room is clean, tidy and comfortable. There are a lot of food upstairs and downstairs. It is a good stay experience!

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Shenzhen hotel offers parking on site. Perfect for those working on the move, this hotel caters to a large number of business guests.

Excellent Service. Concierge staff are warming, professional and experienced with global clients. Cleaning staff are kind, helpful and thorough. Rooms are clean and well managed. Building is staffed by security 24/7, they are also very professional and welcoming. The Hotel has a package receiving center (Cai Niao) which is very convenient for long term guests like myself who need to receive packages. Also ordering takeout (wai mai) is extremely convenient. Prime location in Futian across from One Avenue and about 10 miniute walk to Coco Park. Super easy location to get DiDi and a two blocks away from Subway. Great Value, checks all the boxes. I look forward to my next stay here.
