I was looking forward to this hotel, looking at past reviews it seemed like it was worth the money. We arrived at the room quite late, and were greeted by a very friendly helpful receptionist. The check in was easy but unfortunately that's where the joy ended. The first thing that hits you is the smell of damp in the hotel passageway when you get to your floor, and it only amplifies in the rooms. The rooms have old scuffed and chipped furniture, the carpet and walls have stains on them and the smell of mold fills the air once you close your room door. But I've stayed in worse places, that's fine, I'll just turn on the air con to get some air flow, I think to myself. As soon as I turned the aircon on my nose blocked and I started coughing. A quick look in the vent showed layers and layers of dust caked on the aircon facade and vent. I turned off the aircon and opened the window just to get some kind of fresh air, shenzhens extremely humid warm fresh air. The bed was pretty comfortably and clean, and when I woke up I was greeted by the amazing view of shenzhen and the golf club down below in the morning light. However, the trip down to breakfast was not as impressive as the view. There are Very few dishes in a cramped dining area, and the dishes are not very good with my friend questioning the freshness of almost all of the few choices and couldn't even finish the breakfast cereal as it was too stale. I thankfully only booked one night here. Would I stay again? As a last resort perhaps, it's very close to futian station and other public transportation, but I'd stay away from the breakfast and bring some air freshener.

Fietser Residence is such an amazing place to stay at. The staff members are extremely friendly, so accommodating and go the extra mile for one. The place that we stayed in is a little dated but it was lovely staying in the apartment as it was clean and it provided everything we needed. There is some mold on the wallpaper here and there as can be seen in the pictures but other than that the place was spotless and the hotel literally thinks of everything. They provide shaving blades, earplugs and just small details that most other hotels don't have and the beds are extremely soft and comfortable plus they provided a crib for our daughter. The cleaning staff also cleans the rooms daily and provides new towels and bedding should you require. Just a heads up, you will have to pay a 1000RMB deposit which will be returned once you leave the hotel and nothing is broken. Also, the TV's are really outdated and they only have cable connection so no smart TVs. There is wifi though so I would suggest taking your own TV box/stick just to keep yourself entertained. Don't forget your charger bricks as well because they don't have USB ports. Breakfast, is also great and they have a variety of Chinese and western food. The area itself is also great, not too far from the metro and Coco park mall is also close plus there are many restaurants and shops around to explore.

I booked this hotel for my family. It's close to where I live, so I chose this one. I was pleasantly surprised that I was upgraded to an executive room for free. The front desk lady was very nice. After picking up my family, because there were so many people and luggage, the staff also helped us deliver the luggage to the room for free, which was very good service. The lobby is also spacious and grand. Although the decoration time is not new, the hygiene and facilities are complete, I still recommend it. The environment is also quiet. I didn't take any photos because I was too busy. Next time someone comes, I will still book this hotel.

The location is good, opposite the subway station, there are community businesses next to it, and it's not noisy even though it's on the side of the road. The front desk service is also good, and they also upgraded the room type. The soundproofing of the room is relatively average, and you can hear people talking next to you.

This is a very nice apartment hotel with spacious, bright and well-equipped rooms. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good sleep. There is a commercial street downstairs from the hotel, with a full range of food, drinks, entertainment, and lots of food to eat. Highly recommended! It is very close to the subway station and is very convenient to go anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Lianhuashan Park. The price is also very moderate. It is a very suitable hotel to stay in. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will come back next time!

since checking in at around 5pm, the room upstairs kept making noises such as footsteps or chair dragging. the hotel was able to change another room for me. but i have already spent a good number of hours in the troubled room before that. the room changing was a hassle to me although it was not too big a deal. I would comment the troubled room was not perfectly fit for tenancy as it was apparently very sensitive to surrounding noises , i'd like to suggest the hotel install further sound proof device to mitigate the noises before next assignment. finally. i hope trip.com can refund me some trip points for my next hotel stay. the 4xx dollars for this stay was not worth it with regards to the hassle it brought

Location is very convenient to Lian Hua Shan park and two local hospitals, as well as Metro line and shopping district in Mei Li. Good and clean no problems with air conditioning or plumbing. Good breakfast and service with bottled water everyday, and luggage storage available. Facilities are a little dated and carpets need refurbishing. Good furniture and beds in each room. Lots of room to spread out from the usual cramped hotel rooms in Shenzhen.
