Booked for three nights, the room was not bad, the corridor was full of sunshine, this was relatively rare, the room light and view were very good, the facilities were simple but enough. The place to improve is that the bed is too high. The first time I saw it, I had to block it with a chair pillow at night, otherwise the child would fall and break it. It is not used to having no table in the middle of the two beds, and the bedside table is placed on both sides. Strangely enough, the temperature of the water, the cockroach has hotter and hotter, and no cold water.

I feel that this hotel is quite cost-effective. The room is cleaned very well, and the floor service staff will greet you warmly. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are still well maintained. There is also a golf course next to it, and the air is good. There is just a road construction nearby, and it is very dusty. I will come again next time after the road is repaired [snickering]

The hotel is at Exit E of Changhu Station. I thought I had already seen Atour Hotel at the subway station. It is very convenient. The hotel front desk staff is very kind. The room is neat and clean. Check-in only takes five to 10 minutes. It is worth appreciating! The breakfast is very rich. The noodle cook 👍🏻 is really hardworking and has a friendly attitude! Very polite! The only thing I have to complain about is that I can’t find a children’s cartoon TV channel 😅 Overall, I’m very satisfied! Next time I come to Guanlan, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again, thank you🙏🏻

I took friends from Hong Kong out for a day out. I was very satisfied with the entire itinerary of this hotel. I first had a hot pot in the food street next to the hotel, and then made tea by the fire. The atmosphere was better after dark, and the hotel is cost-effective. It's very high. The price didn't increase during holidays. It's a very conscientious business. The front desk service was very good and made me feel good. The room was large and clean. The overall environment was very comfortable. There was also free coffee. Very good. Highly recommended.

We went back to the front desk and asked the customer service how to complain about the security. The front desk said that the golf side was not their company. What was it good? The lobby is on the 29th floor and the guest rooms are on the 25th-28th floor, so the view is very good. Only when I sleep, I feel that the quilt is not very comfortable. It may be too thick or not breathable enough, and it feels very hot. Moreover, the bathroom only has a basin and no bathtub.

CcheehooIntercity Shenzhen Guanggang is sort of a business hotel you would love to like after staying for a night or so. It's a pity that we were only here for 2 nights . Pricing is pretty reasonable and they had free supper everyday. If u like a neighborhood feel to the area then this hotel is suited for you as there are many local food options available. Outside the hotel is the entrance to the metro station so travelling everywhere to shenzhen is very convenient. The staff are also very attentive to your needs. Overall it has been a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it, even for families.

HhsoongService was great and prompt. The hotel room was tidy a d clean, I felt comfortable however the aircon was not perfect. Or maybe it’s the city of Shenzhen. Everyone seems to be so hot yet the aircon temperature need to be reminded many times to be lowered.
It only happen in Crowne so far. Hence I’m still keeping my views on crowne plaza hotel.
Other than that. All are pretty fine.

JjayzycGreat facility by Hyatt located at a secluded IT industry area, but still very centralized for entertainment and sightseeing. Many attractions like the Oh Bay ferris wheel and the Window of the World are within a 30RMB ride away, and the location was easy for vehicle pickup. Front desk staff Jessica (zhouzhou) and Money were very attentive and were able to address all of my questions and problems very quickly and accurately. Would definitely recommend others to stay here if they'd like a central location to explore Nanshan and Baoan area, or even if they don't mind a small trek to Futian/Luohu areas.

ZZeethaThis is my second trip to Shenzhen in the past 20 years, and my friend (who I call Gege) has recommended this hotel. My flight was late at night; the receptionist barely understands English, but they love to help. My room was on the 4th floor. It was a mini single room type, but it has every facility I need. The room is clean—not that new, but more spacious than I thought. The only thing they don't provide here in this room type is a refrigerator. But it is fine with me. The breakfast is lovely. I tried everything except the congee because I didn't know how to order it. Oh, but you need to ask for the ”zhāo cháng quán” at the reception counter if you book the room that includes breakfast. It will serve from 7.30 a.m. until around 10 a.m.
I love the location of this hotel so much. It is located on the beautiful boulevard and just a few minutes away from OCT Loft, the art square. Lawson is just around the corner, as is the pharmacy, as well as some local restaurants. The Qiaocheng East Metro station is about 7 minutes away, but walking along the boulevard makes it feel like 3 minutes to me.
The housekeepers are nice. Actually, everyone at the hotel is. I mentioned the housekeeper because she cleans my room every day, and that's what I need from coming back to travel for a whole day, but I feel that it was extra clean as she changed my towel and put in new, clean amenities for me every day. I tried to communicate with her on my third day and showed her my appreciation for her work.
On my last day of staying at this hotel, I left a note on the bed, written in my bad handwriting in Chinese. I hope she will find it. The receptionist on that day also helped me call a taxi when my phone application was not working.
I love everything in this hotel. The price is reasonable. I won't say cheap. You get what you pay for, and for me, I got a little more than I expected. I'll be back once every year and will definitely book this hotel again.
If you are a solo traveler and looking for a lovely hotel in a nice location, not as busy in the city, and love the arts and a bit of strolling on the greenery boulevard, then H'Life Hotel (OCT Loft) or Huali Hotel is what you need. And booking with Trip.com is my best choice. My flight was cancelled once when the typhoon hit Shenzhen early this month. I had to cancel at the last minute, but I booked it with the free cancellation option. So, all was well. I got the refund later and then booked it again in the next 2 weeks.
So please keep your good quality and maintain this standard, and then I will come back and recommend people come here too. See you again next year!
