Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Sherman ★★

"Stay for 8 nights and started to have red rashes at fifth night, when back to hometown was diagnosed with scabies. Please think twice if you want to proceed booking."

"Stay anywhere but here—staying in your car would be better! The room was disgusting — no control knob on the AC, which blew hot air all night; no handle on the faucet (!!!), TV didn’t work; it was filthy in every way imaginable; and they tried to charge me a $75 pet fee instead of the $10 I had been quoted. Bottom line: stay ANYWHERE ELSE."

LoneStar Inn and Suites ★★

"You get exactly what you pay for, and may be a little less, but if all of your concern is just putting your head down for the night and you have very minimal expectations. Then you are fine. The location and condition of the property is well below average and it is currently under construction and looks to be for quite some time. Maybe forever. If you are a single guy with very good common and street sense then your stay will be OK, but for any other dynamic, a hard no. Consider other options."

"Clean room with updated bathroom. Good value compared to the other hotels in the area. Coffee and muffin for breakfast."

Comfort Inn Sherman - Denison Area ★★★

"I’ve stayed at many Choice Hotels without issues, but this one was shocking. • Mold-covered and greasy chairs • Bug-infested drawers • Hair clogging the drain • Stains all over the walls When I reported it, I was handed a sheet to cover the mold instead of being offered a clean room. I had to check out for my own safety."
