"We chose this hotel because we were going to Parque Espana. Although it is aging, the maintenance and cleaning are thorough and we were able to stay comfortably. Although we were unable to make a reservation at the regular restaurant at the time we wanted, the buffet held on certain days was also delicious and we were satisfied with the cost. Since we had told them in advance that our child had *allergies, they placed a list of allergies on the seats, and when we carelessly left something on the seat, they called our room and brought it right away. "The hotel is well maintained. The room is probably the largest I've stayed in Japan. You can see the beautiful view of Ago Bay when you enter the room. The staff are very friendly and speak good English. At the same time, the hotel has a car to pick up to the other main building at any time. The sky garden has a check-in point for the 2016 G7 Summit, and the scenery is no less beautiful than the view from the Yokoyama Observatory. The breakfast is rich, with Western buffet and Japanese set meals to choose from, and the taste is very good. There is a scheduled shuttle bus from Kashikojima Station to the hotel. If you are late, you can also call the hotel to pick you up at the station. The service is really considerate. It is difficult to find a restaurant open after 5 o'clock near Kashikojima Station. It is recommended to make a reservation for dinner at the hotel. I will stay here again if I have the chance~"

"We used this hotel as a family celebration trip. The facilities were beautiful and lovely, but what really impressed us was the warm and wonderful service from the staff. Due to the earthquake in Russia, trains were stopped and we had no means of transportation, but they extended our check-out time and were very accommodating. The food was delicious, and each dish was carefully prepared. The breakfast buffet was also very satisfying, with so many options, including Japanese and Western cuisine, that we couldn't finish it all. We signed up for morning yoga, and started the morning off right in the open space surrounded by greenery on the property, listening to the birds chirping and feeling the breeze, which was a wonderful way to start the day. Next time we visit, we'd like to enjoy a cruise or something similar."

"I stayed on a weekday. The lobby lounge offered alcohol and snacks, and after my bath, I was treated to Yukimi Daifuku and frozen fruit. It was fun to see so many ways to enjoy the hotel without leaving the room rate. There was a kids' play area (although the batteries in the electric toys, like the merry-go-round and piano, were all dead). The public bath had children's foam soap (although they couldn't lend it to rooms, so I brought my own). The public areas, like the lobby and public bath, had been renovated and were stylish, but the Japanese-style room on the fifth floor was old-fashioned, and I could hear the TV in the next room.
