"We chose this hotel because it was close to the bus station. It's a small, privately owned hotel. Cozy and clean. Friendly and attentive service. The only downside is that it's very noisy. You can hear the water running and dripping in the next room and from the upstairs floor, and you can hear all conversations both in the rooms and from the street. There's a complete lack of soundproofing. We couldn't get a good night's sleep over two nights."

The staff were super friendly and professional, everything was spotless, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. We had a spacious room with a lovely terrace and one of the most comfortable beds ever! Great breakfast, excellent facilities, and the Winestone restaurant was a real treat — delicious food and perfect service. Thank you, Mercure Sibiu Arsenal team, for a fantastic stay. We’d love to come back!"
