"The Hotel is located in a favorable position for visiting Siena, just a few minutes drive from the city centre. (It is not recommended to reach the center on foot, especially in the evening. The road is fast-moving and not very lit). We stayed in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom, however, was not cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast also underwent changes as the days went by. Varied and plentiful at the beginning of the stay, with little choice on the last day. What did not change during the stay was the kindness of the staff, always attentive to the customer's needs. I'm sorry to give three stars, on the first day of my stay I would definitely have given more."

"Close to the train station, convenient but a little far from the city center~ Old-style villa, called B&B but doesn't even have a decent kitchen, large room facing north, no sun, cold and damp, large balcony, useless, TV and air conditioning don't work, night temperature is 4 degrees, but there is no heating, there is a small electric heater the size of a small table fan, basically useless~ Overall, the price-performance ratio is not high. The owners of the private B&Bs I stayed in this time are very frugal, saving as much as possible. For example, the owner didn't mention this small electric heater when I checked in. It was placed in the corner and looked like a small table fan. He only asked when I checked out, "Are you cold at night? This can be used for heating. It made me laugh and cry~"

"This is a fabulous small hotel in a great position for seeing the sights of Siena. What makes it so special are the staff who go out of their way to help with parking, bags and any questions you might have. Breakfast is a simple help yourself affair but works. The rooms are small but nice and very clean with all you need. I highly recommend this lovely hotel."

"We had a great time! As other people have said in their reviews, the breakfast was excellent. The view was great, and we had a delicious meal while watching the sun rise over the Tuscan hills. The staff were all friendly and smiling, so we had a pleasant stay. You can walk to Piazza del Campo, but it takes about 20 minutes, so it feels a little far. In terms of facilities, it would be nice if there was a refrigerator and a kettle. The large bathtub was also very nice. Still, I wanted to stay another night, and it's a place I'd like to stay at again."
