"The location is not far from Piazza del Campo, it can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. I stayed for one night and it was clean and tidy. If you don't have dinner at the restaurant, there is a place nearby that makes very good pizza. It would only be better if there were slippers in the room."

Quite noisy as it is right beside the street and there wasn't proper signage to the entrance so it took some time to find the door."

"The Hotel is located in a favorable position for visiting Siena, just a few minutes drive from the city centre. (It is not recommended to reach the center on foot, especially in the evening. The road is fast-moving and not very lit). We stayed in a spacious and clean room. The bathroom, however, was not cleaned thoroughly every day. Breakfast also underwent changes as the days went by. Varied and plentiful at the beginning of the stay, with little choice on the last day. What did not change during the stay was the kindness of the staff, always attentive to the customer's needs. I'm sorry to give three stars, on the first day of my stay I would definitely have given more."

"Arrived in the evening, but the staff was kindㅠㅠ I experienced rudeness at a hotel in Rome, but here, there was an angelㅠㅠ(a rude male staff member) I couldn't reserve a parking lot, but he did it right away He also gave me directions to tourist attractions And he escorted me to my room twice She was so cute and lovely There was a bathtub in the room, so I could take a half-body bath when I was tired"
