"Booked the hotel for 1 night. To say that the hotel is wonderful - nothing to say! Beautiful, clean room, all the necessary hygiene facilities of good quality. A window with an exit to the garden where it is pleasant to sit in the evening with a glass of wine. Matrix, pillows are very convenient. We arrived from Istanbul about 12 hours. , we were immediately set up without having to wait until the standard settlement time. The road to the beach is a bit extreme (especially back to the mountain), but in Chile all roads are such. For the guests of the hotel you can use the beach Aqua Beach (shellons, umbrellas), it is enough to show the hotel's card. Turkish breakfast is above all praise. Very enjoyed the service: uninterrupted, at the same time you feel welcome."

"Excellent stay with an outstanding staff. Upon our arrival, we immediately felt genuine hospitality. Ayman quickly explained everything to us, helped with the luggage, and constantly checked on us – we really enjoyed it! Since we don't speak Turkish, Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza were invaluable; they helped us with taxis and recommended wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Fahad kindly brought the medicine I needed and often served me tea – what warm care! The breakfast was delicious and nutritious; the hotel food in general was tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, everything worked well, and cleaning was prompt. The pool was very clean, the sun loungers were tidy, and the staff provided clean towels (extremely important!). Special thanks to Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza for their exceptional work, and to the manager for the excellent selection of staff. We will definitely be back!"
