Defne Otel ★★★

📍 Defne Otel, Ağva Merkez, Dumlupınar Cd. No: 4, İstanbul, Sile

"We stayed for one night on our day trip. The location was nice and close to the beach, but I can't say the same for cleanliness; there were crumbs from previous guests on the tables. The bed, although a double, was small and uncomfortable. The toilet constantly leaked water, and the noise every time it flushed was very disturbing. When we used the jacuzzi, a foul odor emanated. The breakfast was above average. I wouldn't recommend it for stays longer than one night."

"The balcony of the room was very dirty. The pool is 50 meters from the hotel. You have to go out and cross the road to reach the pool. The hotel is located on a narrow street and there was a market there, so access was difficult."

Wineport Lodge Agva ★★★★

📍 Wineport Lodge Ağva - Ağva'nın Prestijli Oteli, Göçe, Dolmabahçe Caddesi No: 48, Sile

"Excellent stay with an outstanding staff. Upon our arrival, we immediately felt genuine hospitality. Ayman quickly explained everything to us, helped with the luggage, and constantly checked on us – we really enjoyed it! Since we don't speak Turkish, Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza were invaluable; they helped us with taxis and recommended wonderful restaurants serving delicious food. Fahad kindly brought the medicine I needed and often served me tea – what warm care! The breakfast was delicious and nutritious; the hotel food in general was tasty and very reasonably priced. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was spacious, everything worked well, and cleaning was prompt. The pool was very clean, the sun loungers were tidy, and the staff provided clean towels (extremely important!). Special thanks to Ayman, Fahad, and Hamza for their exceptional work, and to the manager for the excellent selection of staff. We will definitely be back!"
