"Location location location ! Best location you can get , 5-7 min walk to cable car . Superb female (are we allowed to say this) receptionist, the men not so helpful. Lovely room but tricky for family of 4 with only one toilet and one shower . Rooms were actually too hot and after requesting fans these were given (but many plugs in room didn’t work). Great dinners if you’ve got no dietary preferences don’t expect them to care or cater for you - my preferences were entirely and absolutely ignored (being lactose intolerant ) despite writing it down and despite mentioning my allergy when giving orders for dinner which had to be made at breakfast!! So we felt a bit hard done by, having paid full rate but not being accommodated . Also rather annoying that you must pay €5 per bottle of sparking water that is plonked on your table and opened when the Dolomites water is free from the tap and amongst the best in the world Breakfast was extremely poor, not much variety . Eggs were served as if cooked by a 3 year old , messy , no garnish and just very little variety from buffet . No replenishment either . When items were finished that was that even if it was nowhere near end of breakfast . The hotel is otherwise relaxing and tranquil , nice to have the sauna . I’m sure it’s gorgeous in winter !"

"My wife and I visited Sensoria during the fall which was a beautiful time of year. Our stay was magnificent and it’s amazing and wonderful that Sensoria Dolomites exists. This resort has outstanding service, delicious food, fun activities, tasty drinks and plenty of great touches to make the stay here absolutely enjoyable. We loved every second of our time here and we’re excited to come back to visit again someday. We love Sensoria Dolomites!"

"I stayed at this property from August 11th to 18th with my family. The indoor and outdoor pools and spa, shared with the neighboring residence, are a wonderful place to relax. The common areas and restaurant are well-maintained, and the food is excellent. Our room was very spacious with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The only downside was the somewhat hard mattress. I would recommend it more for a couple than for a family with small children, as they only have a small room for them. Very close to the bus stop and the cable car. A more than positive experience."

"The hotel is quite old, nothing changes there. When the prices grow so much, I would also expect some improvements. The personnel is very friendly, services are on a high level. Breakfasts were very good, a good offer of various dishes, I would appreciate more fruits and vegetables. Dinners were better in the past (2020&2022), but the cold buffet is still very good. Afternoon snack is smaller than in the past, I would appreciate a soup or anything warm. Excelent coffee, very nice offer of wines. Spa is not good. I was there just once, the whirpool was cold, my friends were there another day, it was cold again. Also drinks in spa were not sufficient. Very good location close to the cablecar."

"Marvelous. Check-in from 2pm and instead the room was ready at 9am. We also immediately made use of the breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness, if we left the dog in the room the receptionist had it cleaned while we had breakfast on the terrace (you can bring the dog on a leash). Super view from the Garmisch suite (second floor) on the San Valentino church. Breakfast with a wide choice, sweet and savory, lactose-free and soya-free products available, eggs cooked in all ways. Maximum availability for advice on trekking and restaurants (we were all satisfied with both the food and the location). Washing machine and dryer in the basement (perfect because they don't disturb) completely available to customers free of charge. Mini fridge in the room, silent. Covered garage, cars always in the shade. Well done, special thanks for the dog sitting service for a sudden problem!"

"We were a night at Floris Green Suites and what to say, the room is wonderful! The sauna in the room is the class touch of this place, not to mention the bath on the balcony. The only sin is the common areas: dinner and breakfast are served in the area in common with the Florian Hotel; a so beautiful room deserves a so beautiful area for dinner and breakfast. The breakfast buffet is quite low as well as the dinner food buffet I think they should highlight all services on their site, not just the beauty of the room Price a little higher if we assess the quality of the dinner and breakfast I voted in any case positive, to review the common areas and buffets available to the customers of Floris Green Suites"
