"This was not a very good experience for me with Marriott brand hotels. First of all, the hot water of the shower was a bit strange, I had to wait for a minute for the hot water and also the water was actually not hot enough for a shower. In the meantime, there was not enough food for breakfast on Saturday morning. We went down to breakfast at around 9:30 am and there was no food available while the breakfast should be served until 10 am. Very disappointed with this stay in this hotel."

"This hotel has a trap. When we checked in, we were asked to sign a no-smoking agreement. We thought it was a hotel check-in agreement. Since we don't smoke anyway, we signed it! I smelled smoke when I entered the room. I thought it was caused by the lack of ventilation in the room. In addition, the surrounding area of the hotel was filled with a particularly unpleasant rancid smell, so I didn't pay any attention to it! I didn't even check the trash can when I entered the room. If I hadn't experienced something like this, I wouldn't have thought of this! I only stayed for one night. Six hours after checking out the next day, the hotel directly stole US$250 from my credit card without communicating with me. When I asked the hotel about it, the front desk hung up on me very rudely. Cut off my phone! Through communication with the hotel through the Ctrip platform, the hotel sent a picture of a trash can with cigarette butts. This was simply faked by the hotel because it was not the trash can in our room. Ctrip negotiated with the hotel many times and the hotel's attitude was very tough. They also There was no way, but they kept comforting me and communicated with me many times about solutions. This incident made me afraid to use credit cards in the United States.
