"Newly built and expanded hotel in the best location with direct access to skiing – ideal for relaxed ski holidays. The optional All-Inclusive offer meets almost all wishes: a very rich, excellent breakfast, a best-sorted lunch buffet, coffee and cake in the afternoon and a variety of dinner, the good drink wines are reached. Most impressed are the relaxation opportunities with Skypool and wellness area. In small sub-sections, the service still shows a light, not fully exploited potential, but the hotel is working on it. However, it must also be mentioned that a pulsing own brand (Ernesto) not only disregarded the guest's wishes from the eyes, but also immediately fulfilled. Another highlight was skiing with Chef Lukas on the Madrid at best snow conditions and pure sunlight at the end of April 2026 – an unforgettable pleasure. The stay has its price, but it was worth every euro for us. For this reason we have already booked our extraordinary room with local views for next year."

"The ambiance in hotel Eller is fantastic and very special through its personal approach, atmosphere and well equiped accomodation, offering a wonderful family holiday. The location offers not only the convenience of the village centre but also the stunning views on the mountain. The rooms are clean, silent and have a warm & modern furnishing and bathroom. The swimmingpool area contains magnificent service through a large enough pool, jacuzzi, gym, sauna etc. All in all a great place to feel home during your holidays."

"It was a culinary, skiing and relaxation feast! The best ski hotel I have ever been to. Hotel Cristallo and its very nice owners, headed by Philip, are a place where everyone, whether a skier, a cyclist or just a tourist looking for relaxation, will find an oasis for sports or relaxation. We were with friends during the New Year period and I can tell you this: the Italian chefs did a great job, composing for us an amazing, often multi-course tasting menu for a whole week. Additionally, attractions organized by the owners, such as Apres Ski BBQ, or tasting of oysters and Italian starters, made our stay unforgettable."
