"Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available. The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there. The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt. When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service). Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese. Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs."

"A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel looks nice from the outside, but that is where the positives end. The management was extremely poor. Even though our reservation was confirmed and fully approved, we arrived late at night after a long and exhausting journey and were forced to wait nearly two hours before being allowed to check in. The room had almost no basic amenities. There was no refrigerator, no kettle for making tea or coffee, no complimentary water, not even proper drinking glasses, no drawers, and no slippers. The room felt completely under-equipped and uncomfortable. The building itself is attractive, but the service and management are close to zero. For the price paid, the value was extremely poor. I would not recommend this hotel and suggest that travelers spend their money elsewhere, as there are many better options available. Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had."

"Brilliant hotel, food was great and staff were very friendly, always on hand if you need anything from waiters to lifeguards always very helpful. Entertainment was great also, not to pushy to join in activities and made sure everyone was having fun except from one member of the entertainment team Rio. Constantly pestered me and my sister aged 18 and 17, asking for snapchat and constantly trying to speak to us and gain our social media after being told no, not just to us but to other young girls making us feel uncomfortable. However other than that there was nothing wrong with this hotel and everything was top notch and would definitely come back."
