"Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming and appeared uninterested, which did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel. A more caring and friendly approach at check-in would greatly improve the guest experience.
Overall, I had a very good stay at the Hyatt Al Rigga, Dubai. The room was clean, comfortable, and reasonably well maintained. The restaurant offers an average breakfast, and I would especially like to thank the restaurant teamâthey were genuinely warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The housekeeping staff were also very good, and their contribution deserves recognition."

GGuest UserWe booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughterâs birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.
The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldnât find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai â weâll definitely be back!

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserVery nice rooms. Cleaning, security and service staff is lovely and helpful, front desk depends on whoâs on duty. Breakfast and Indian restaurant are incredibly tasty! Pools are excellent, also for kids, even though lazy river could use renovation. Location is convenient, premises are beautiful. All in all a wonderful stay.

MM255441****The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

HHaitham AlqamI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby.
The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed â comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly every day.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet â a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, served in a relaxing and stylish atmosphere.
The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful nightâs sleep.

AAnonymous UserThis is a decent hotel which deserves a 3.75 star rating. The location is great ... about 10 minutes to metro or bus station. The hotel is a little run down but adequate for most people's needs. All staff was very helpful and promptly attended to my needs. There are many restaurants nearby within walking distance.

EEva G.After a disappointing stay earlier this week at another 4-star hotel in Tecom, I decided to try Novotel Al Barsha for the weekend, mainly because Swiss Butter Steakhouse is inside the hotel. My friend Hannah and I checked in with a mix of curiosity and hope for a better experience.
The hotel does seem busy, which contradicts what some other guests have said. To their credit, we were given our room right away at check-in. I had booked a Superior Twin Room and specifically requested a higher floor for a better view. I also accepted a smoking room, understanding the compromise, but the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway left me wondering: shouldnât a 4-star hotel manage this better?
Upon entrance, to our surprise, we found a joined single bed instead of twins. We called reception, hoping to move rooms, but they offered to just separate the beds. Regret hit when we saw how small the single beds were! Honestly, if youâre tall or on the bigger side, this setup will not be comfortableâespecially if youâre staying with friends or family. To add, the bedâs mattress clearly needed flipping, as there was an obvious slope that made it uncomfortable to sleep on.
Adding to the unfortunate, despite being on the 25th floor, there was no view to speak ofâsomething we were really looking forward to. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially given the hotelâs location and our specific request for a high floor.
The bathroom was another letdown. The tissue holder was almost broken, the materials inside looked cheap, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible brown markingsâpretty gross for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, the bathtub was at least clean, so that was something.
On the bright side, the highlight of this hotel is definitely their spa and pool. We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect. The health club overall is the ace of this place.
For breakfast, I agree with other reviewsâitâs decent. The restaurant was packed in the morning, but the vibe was good. However, they donât escort guests to tables; you just find a seat yourself, which is fine but felt a bit unpolished.
One odd thing I noticed: while housekeeping did try their best to fulfill our requestsâlike providing coffee capsules and waterâthere was no creamer for the coffee and tea. Even 3-star hotels provide that, so it was a first for me (maybe it was just the standard).
Despite these minimal disappointments, I still try to see the positive side of this hotel and did my best to take decent photos that you may see for reference.
Overall, it seems like this hotel mainly caters to group tourists, which makes me wonder if theyâre sacrificing quality for quantity. I hope they work on improving their services, including room quality, views, and attention to detail, so they can leave a better impression of Dubai for future guests.
