"My stay was excellent! The staff's meticulous service made me feel right at home. The room was spacious and bright, offering panoramic city views. The floor-to-ceiling windows allowed for adjustable ventilation, so I never had to worry about stuffy air. The soundproofing was great, and the mattress was perfectly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – I ended up sleeping in till noon without realizing it. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a food delivery locker and a delivery robot. Its proximity to the subway makes getting around incredibly convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommend this fantastic experience!"

It would be even more perfect if the executive rooms could be upgraded."

The shuttle departs promptly at 5:30 AM, taking only 10 minutes to reach the passenger terminal, eliminating any rush to catch your flight. The hotel is extremely close to the airport, the rooms are clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding is comfortable enough to ensure a restful night's sleep. The driver is friendly, attentive, efficient, and punctual. For business travelers catching early flights, this is excellent value for money and has already been added to my travel must-visit list!"

"This is my second stay here. I chose it again when I passed through Nanning because I had such a good experience last time. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and standing on the balcony looking out at the Yongjiang River is incredibly relaxing.
The hotel's Chinese restaurant is delicious, but it's quite expensive, comparable in price to five-star hotels in Guangdong. This time I had an unexpected pleasant surprise: I was worried about traffic when leaving, so I ordered some Western food to take away and eat in the car. The food was excellent and the portions were generous. The staff member who delivered our food was very helpful; they packed everything quickly and well, showing great skill. Thumbs up!"

The front desk was efficient with check-in, and Qiu Jin was particularly gentle and polite, always ready to help solve any issues promptly – the service was truly excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a restful night's sleep, which is especially important for business travelers. The location is convenient for transportation, with plenty of amenities nearby, making it hassle-free for getting around and handling business. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to the area. I highly recommend it to other frequent business travelers.

GGuest UserI want to commend the hotel staff. They proactively communicated before check-in, were very polite during check-in, and even gave us some New Year candies at check-out. The family room itself was pretty standard, clean, tidy, and aesthetically pleasing, with good soundproofing. All the necessary kids' amenities were provided, and the bedding was comfortable; our family of four slept really well.
I suggest that the hotel could offer a small themed plush toy to guests checking out from family rooms. It wouldn't cost much, but it would make the children very happy. My daughter called the front desk to ask if she could take the room's themed toy, and she was very disappointed when she got a negative answer. I hope the hotel can provide a smaller toy for children that they can keep.
Additionally, the bathtub drain was clogged, and it took the technician over half an hour to fix it. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling effectively. I hope the hotel can pay more attention to these small details.

You can choose between two types of pillows, and the bedding is skin-friendly. The bathroom amenities have a subtle citrus scent that's very relaxing. The lounge area offers free coffee and fruit tea; it's a great pick-me-up after a long day of sightseeing. The location is near the subway with plenty of food options nearby. The front desk staff are patient and professional. The attention to detail is superb, making for a comfortable and somewhat luxurious stay.

GGuest UserThe room wasn't very big, but it was on the first floor of the villa, and it was quite nice. A particularly good thing was that hotel guests could enter and exit the hot springs twice, which was a great deal. We didn't soak for long with the kids; we only soaked for two hours in the afternoon, and then went again in the evening. They had a lot of fun. The hotel also had a sauna and other amenities, which was nice.

GGuest UserThe room was clean, although facing the street, but the window had two floors, and the sound of the downstairs could not be heard after closing, it was very quiet. The pick-up and drop-off service is also very good, about ten minutes drive from the airport. The front desk lady is very good, there is a crew gym on the second floor, the front desk lady let me go in to measure the weight of the suitcase. The breakfast is quite rich and very good.

Chose this hotel for our trip to Nanning with my daughter, and the stay exceeded our expectations—five-star review! We even received a special Nanning-themed fridge magnet when checking out, which was a lovely surprise!
The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively upgraded us to a City-view Twin Room that overlooked the exhibition center. The International Convention and Exhibition Center was right outside our window, and the Nanning city view was beautiful. My daughter loved gazing out the window every night.
The room facilities were excellent. The bathroom was well-designed with a wet/dry separation, the toiletries were high-end, and they even provided a disposable compressed towel!
The hotel's location is also very convenient. The subway is right downstairs, and we could walk to Langxi Night Market and Min'ge Lake, making it super easy to go shopping and eat with my daughter. We were really satisfied with everything from the service to the amenities this stay. We'll definitely come back next time! Loved it!
