What stood out most to me was the professionalism and warmth of the staff. From check-in to dining arrangements and everyday requests, every interaction reflected thoughtful and attentive service. The breakfast and on-site dining options were also excellent, with high-quality offerings that significantly enhanced my overall stay experience.

This hotel has a great location and the rooms are clean and spacious with complete facilities. The service staff are warm and considerate, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The overall stay experience is very comfortable and cost-effective. It is worth recommending.

I am not familiar with Munich. So I made book in a wrong hotel. I thought this hotel is located next to Alstad. In fact it's located in Munich neighborhood called Scwabing. My Mom has Osteoarthritis knee pain. So she can't walk too far. The hotel refused to cancel for free since we booked non modified reservation. This hotel is okay. But not for old people there is no kettle, no refrigerator, no tea, coffee, no shower cap. Hotel also didn't prepare shampoo for us. Design is okay but too simple. Location is not at Alstad and it's too expensive overprice for hotel located on Scwabing

The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, the staff are attentive, and the restaurant environment is comfortable! It's about a 20-minute walk to Munich's famous English Garden, where you can enjoy tranquil tree-lined paths and lake scenery, along with several unique beer gardens – truly Bavarian!

The hotel room is very comfortable. The bedsheets smell hygiene and good. I love the bathroom with beautiful bathtub 🛀. They provide very comfortable bathrobes by default. Their service is excellent. Can ask for extra still water and standard stuff without charging. I would definitely wanna book the same hotel if I am in Munich. Location is just next to the main interchange train station with direct ride to Munich Airport.

Modern, quiet, and convenient. Loved this hotel! It’s in a great neighborhood with shops and local eats just steps away. The interior is modern and cozy. The staff, especially the guy with the beard at reception, were incredibly helpful and professional. It’s the perfect spot if you want a quiet night’s sleep while still being close to everything. Service at Bayerischer Hof starts outside, when arriving by car: They take care of your luggage and take the keys to park your car. Reception is very friendly, helpful and effectively under the Corona-Regulations, to provide a good room for you. Breakfast is still good, but before Corona-Times it was definitely better. I only managed a Dinner at Trader Vic's, which is quite nice for tourists, but not the original food I know from Asia myself. The four days at the Bayerischer Hof were the most comfortable time I had this year. And now I plan to be back there in December - same hotel.

The room was very old, and we stayed at the neighboring street at night. The bathroom space is too small, barely enough to take a thin bath. But the front desk was very good, and gave us a small Christmas gift before leaving. Hotel location is good, it is convenient to walk to the sights. The breakfast here is still great, the waiter's little brother is super handsome.

The location is good, the room is not big, but it is clean and tidy, and the facilities are average. I stayed in three Leonardo hotels this time. It is said that this hotel brand is pretty good. Hotels in European urban areas are small, but overall it is pretty good.

Public transport is literally 2mins walking distance. So convenient. And you dont need to headache about the luggage since this is so close to station. Room was clean, they changed room for us immediately when we found out our the water hose in bathroom has spoilt. Service was good.
