Great
AAnonymous UserI stayed here for 3 nights and honestly, I’m very disappointed.
Let’s start with the positives: the location is excellent. Right opposite the train and metro station, Lidl & Rewe supermarkets nearby, and just a straight 15‑minute walk into the old town. Super convenient.
But unfortunately, that’s about it. Service was really flat — communication with reception was very standard, nothing warm or welcoming. The room itself was on the small side (clean, yes, but definitely not spacious).
The real disappointment: water policy. The hotel only provides ONE small bottle of water per day per room. That’s for two people. On my first day, I asked reception for an extra bottle — they told me to go to the bar. Fine, I got one there. On the second day, since we skipped housekeeping, there was no water refill, so at night I went to the bar again to ask for another bottle. This time the staff told me I had to pay.
I was completely shocked. A 4‑star hotel charging €200 per night… and they won’t even provide guests with a simple bottle of still water? I’ve stayed in so many hotels across Europe and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. Even more absurd, the hotel leaves free apples at reception and offers unlimited water at breakfast — but refuses to give guests a bottle of water to take to the room? Ridiculous.
This policy really ruined what could have been a good stay. For a “collection” hotel brand, I expected much more in terms of service and hospitality. Sadly, I would not recommend this hotel.

Great
KKay SomneukThe place was conveniently located right next to Neuperlach Süd station (S-Bahn and U-Bahn, Exit G). Although it seems a little outside the city center, traveling in and out is still very easy. The self check-in process was straightforward, though it would be even smoother if the system allowed text input or search.
The building itself is well thought out. There is an Italian restaurant right downstairs, as well as a supermarket and a Rossmann beauty store, which makes everyday needs simple to take care of. If you want dinner or late-night options beyond that, you’ll need to walk a bit further, so it’s a good idea to check restaurant opening hours in advance.
Our room was excellent: the bed was comfortable, the duvet warm, and even the sofa bed worked surprisingly well as an extra bed. The kitchen area was well equipped and the bathroom amenities were complete. A special mention goes to the design of the building, it is not only beautiful, but also environmentally friendly and highly accessible for people who need extra assistance, including those with disabilities and elderly guests. The thoughtful accessibility features in the place itself were especially impressive.
AadamwlleeGreat hotel! Spacious, conveniently located in front of the tram stop and only a few stops away from the central station. There’s an Edeka (supermarket) within 10 minutes walk which makes it very suitable for long stay. Also, there’s a self-operated laundry at the basement for those who need to wash their clothes after a week long travel. I would definitely return and stay again.
GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel slightly past midnight but the staff was very helpful and hospitable. Strategically located, you can reach the city centre by trams, buses or simply walk for about 20 minutes.
DDCRYBuilding is located around 400m from Siemenswerke station but the walk is not sheltered so need to take note of rain/snow. Room is spacious and comes with washing machine and cooking wares. Toilet does not have sufficient wet and dry separation so unable to on the showerhead fully without water flowing out to the dry area. I went during the holiday season so the service staff was unable to respond to my query on one of the days of the holiday period. Room price is considered reasonable to me given that I booked during the holiday season and it comes with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.
GGuest UserLocation: The apartment is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from Munich Central Station. There's a Lidl nearby, perfect for grabbing ingredients to cook in your room. The room itself is equipped with a refrigerator, pots, and an electric stovetop.
Facilities: Although one of the two elevators in the apartment building was under maintenance, we didn't spend too long waiting. The soundproofing in the room was average; we could hear laughter from the adjacent room, but by 10 PM, everyone was usually quiet, so it didn't affect our sleep.
Important note: The front desk charges a 200 Euro deposit (a credit card hold for the equivalent amount) upon check-in. The refund is typically processed and released about a month later.

Yyuk kei elstan fongThe hotel is right next to the Munich Central station. There is a supermarket store nearby within 1 min walking. The Neni Chicken restaurant provides delicious food at night, and the vibe is excellent. Overall, we are satisfied with the stay!

AAsh76OK - the good -
The rooms are spacious, bed is large, the bathroom is lux with marble floors.
it is also in a great location. It is close to the train station and has a Lidl behind it.
The barman Jan is friendly and helpful.
And the not so good -
The rooms do not have a fridge, a microwave and not even a kettle!
When I enquired about the tea and coffee facilities, I was curtly told if I wanted coffee I could buy it downstairs.
It is difficult to understand how a hotel can justify a 4 star rating if it doesn't have anything more than a bed and a bathroom.
And then there is the room temperature. It's a furnace in the room I think the temperature was set to 29 degrees C!!
And the room temperature can't be changed in room. Only the reception can.
Even if they change it, it resets the next day.
I'm not sure why this hotel needs a sauna... Just stay in the room.
As has been noted in another review on Tripadvisor, this issue is ongoing. He noted it in 2017 and again in 2019 but nothing has changed.
Secondly is the staff attitude. They aren't rude but not friendly either. Likely they are worn down by the same issues getting raised while they are powerless to change it themselves.
Unsurprisingly, I was not offered a late check out.
The main advantage of location is lost by all the disadvantages.
If that's why you want to stay here, don't let the photo's trick you, book another better hotel nearby.
MMiaobabaI stayed two nights in Munich to watch the Champions League. The hotel reception was small, and the English was average, making communication difficult and unresponsive. The room was decent and functional, but the bed was a bit too soft for comfort. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and transportation is convenient; the bus stop is a 5-minute walk away.
GGeanyThe reception was helpful. The first room they gave me, the TV was not working and they changed me to another room. Overall it was a comfortable room. Bed and pillow were clean. Location was pretty convenient from Theresa Giehse-Alle station. A mall was location in walking distance and easy access to convenience stores to grab for quick meal.
