"The hotel is newly renovated recently, the facilities are relatively new, and the rooms are relatively large.
It is a bit far from the city center and it takes more than half an hour to take the bus. The nearest bus stop is also six or seven hundred meters from the hotel, and it can come by road, there is no walking path, it is very dangerous and very inconvenient. If you are not driving or taking a taxi, don't live here."

"Very good and considerate staff. Always available. Awesome design and very good lighting and landscaping, albeit a questionable caliber of guests (some hotel guests were staring at me in a way that makes me feel unease and somewhat uncomfortable), but i understand totally it has nothing to do with the hotel itself.
Would recommend for people who want a relaxed and laid-back stay in Florence. This is your at-call mini villa here in Florence, very cute backyard and very nice design, and the room was unbelievably comfortable, the shower included. And they had a nice and quiet reading room in the common area, despite the fact that i would recommend the hotel install some anti-UV shades at the place, in general the atmosphere was impeccable. This is the place i want to stay in for 3 months to do some research in."

CCaitlin WangThis is a very modern hotel in Florence. While it's not necessarily located in the heart of the city, Florence Village is small, so everything is only a 10-20 minute walk away. It's similar to the Orange Hotel in China. Disposable toiletries, including shower gel and shampoo, are provided. Drinks in the mini-bar are free.

AAnonymous UserThe room is small. Although there is a window, it is closed because it is a bit noisy facing the street. The room is stuffy and obviously much more humid than hotels in Milan and Rome. When checking in, they offered a welcome drink but it was charged. It was a bit strange to wait for a long time in the lounge. The overall hygiene is OK. The biggest feeling is that it is small, stuffy and humid.

MMaryHotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to leave the hotel early for day tour and asked for two breakfast bags to be ready early morning. When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. They were so considerate. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip.

AAnonymous UserOut of a perfect six, I'd definitely give it a six.
1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

MM52548****Three of us booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for me. Both rooms unbelievably had issues. For my parents' room, you literally had to *slam* the door open – no kidding, you read that right, *slam* it. The card key wouldn't work initially, so we called a staff member. She swiped her card, leaned into the door with all her strength, and it popped open. I ended up having to use my arm to slam it open three or four times myself. This was room 312. My room was even more ridiculous; the showerhead holder completely broke off when I turned on the water, so the stream just shot directly out of the wall, and the mirror was filthy. The hotel didn't fix it that night, saying they'd come in the morning, and there was no apology. What are the odds that both rooms would have problems? My room was 109. I find it hard to believe this wasn't some form of discrimination against Asians... And this is supposed to be a four-star hotel, with a city tax of 7 euros per person per night. What a rip-off, the experience was just terrible.

TTDHOThere are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

GGuest UserI booked total 14 days for a same room, I just request make up room services 2 times only, that why my room face tissue and toilet tissue use finished, so I ask for more 2 boxes face tissue and 2 rolls toilet tissue, but a male room service staff don’t give and say need exchange one box face tissues for one roll toilet tissue and then I walk in complain this case with reception female staff, finally she give me back 2 rolls toilet tissue, but her attitude so bad sit say me wrong use words describe toilet tissue only, may I ask all room customer if case like this make sense or not?
Original I gave them full mark comment for this hotel, now I trade back my original comment and give them lower mark comment first until after 2 days when I leave this hotel and they do back good attitude and improve for their service and then I will give back them good comments!
I am very easy handle person just say actually things only!
