AAnonymous UserOut of a perfect six, I'd definitely give it a six.
1. The guy at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask his name, but he's in my picture! He made us feel right at home. Although the Park Hyatt Milan we stayed at was also very good a few days ago, the service at this hotel felt even more like home.
2. The room was incredibly new and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The complimentary fruit and turndown service were excellent. They even refilled our bottle of water when they saw we finished it!
3. The restaurant in the hotel lobby is absolutely delicious! The chef is the same as at the Michelin-starred restaurant. If you're looking for great taste and value, the lobby is the place to be.
4. If I ever return to Florence, I'll definitely stay a few more nights at this hotel!

GGuest UserThe La Gemma is a wonderful place to stay in Florence. Staff was very helpful & gave us a nice upgrade when we checked in for our second stay there. They also put a bottle of chilled champagne in our room to celebrate my birthday. Also enjoyed the lovely spa & rooftop outdoor lounge area with amazing views of the city. Will definitely stay there again.

CCY-ADuring this trip to Italy, this hotel in Florence is the most satisfactory. It has high cost performance, good service and environment, and beautiful and large rooms. The location is invincible. It is opposite LV and Cadier. It takes 6 minutes to walk to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore and 15 minutes to walk to the Uffizi Gallery. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the best Hunan restaurant in Florence called ”Master Ba”. The room is cleaned twice a day and the towels are changed. We stayed for three nights, and they did this every day. The bed is made every night. If there is only one flaw, it may be that the breakfast is not very suitable for our taste, but this is not important. You can choose to go out for breakfast in a coffee shop. The pictures are all photos of the hotel I took. I have to mention that the flowers in the room are all fresh flowers...

GGuest UserI booked a river view suite, and there is a balcony in the picture. The room I stayed in did not have a balcony. The front desk said that they need to call in advance to confirm that there are not many rooms with balconies. It is recommended that Ctrip make it clear on the page.
The location of the hotel is good, the bathroom and supplies in the room are only four-star level, and the lobby is a bit special. Few choices for breakfast, four-star quality

IISTP遊記I booked this hotel for myself and my family. We really appreciate the friendly service from the staff throughout our stay. The building itself is gorgeous and is located within a few minutes walk from the Firenze SMN train station.
We stayed in two two-bed rooms. One of which was big with a walk-in closet. However the other one was small and we could hear the water pipes at night. Sound isolation was also not great as we could hear laughter from the guests staying next door. Would recommend this hotel to travellers who look for a central location and do not mind hearing some noise from pipes or guests chattering at night.

DDarrenGreat Hotel. Excellent location and accessible to most attractions. Pleasant check-in and can state that all staff were extremely nice and helpful. Amazing room provided (complementary upgrade). Kitchenette with sitting area, large bedroom with comfortable bed and pillows. Large bathroom with a massive spa bath. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

YYunyoudebaobaoThe advantages and disadvantages of the living experience are discussed below:
1. The hotel is far from the hustle and bustle and is relatively quiet, which means that it is more troublesome to go to the city center. There will be 3 shuttle buses in the morning and 3 in the afternoon to the city entrance. Of course, there will be 3 return trips in the afternoon (the hotel charges €2.50/trip).
The sound insulation of the room is poor, and sometimes it is even a bit noisy.
The location of this hotel is a bit remote. If you take a taxi to the city, it is basically €23-€35 [I have taken prices in this range. The train station (Santa Maria Novella Station) to the hotel is €32-€35, and the city to the hotel is in the €23-€32 range]
2. The hotel has a snack bar/bar (Snack Bar) with very high hamburger prices. I didn’t eat all day because I was in a hurry to catch the train on the day I arrived. I ordered a hamburger for €20/piece and tiramisu for €10/portion. The speed of serving the food was really super slow. The main restaurant and breakfast are at the same dining place-the dinner menu is relatively small and the price is relatively expensive. It is not recommended. I was traveling alone, so I had dinner at the hotel for several meals (I was afraid that it would be unsafe to stay out too late).
3. The front desk service was generally good. All questions were answered.
4. There is no swimming pool on the cover of the hotel (it has been demolished for a long time). I was attracted to the swimming pool and chose this hotel. However, there is now a waterfall in the open courtyard for viewing.
5. If you don’t drive yourself, I don’t recommend you to stay at this hotel because the transportation is inconvenient and you basically can’t avoid the need to take a taxi unless your daily itinerary is completely based on the shuttle bus pick-up time. Of course, if you don’t care about that little money, please feel free to do so~

The surrounding scenery is nice. It is not far from the city center and can be walked. If you have a lot of luggage, it may not be convenient

GGuest UserBad experiences with this Hilton hotel. It should not be called Hilton.
1) My reservation could not be found in the system. So I had to wait for almost an hour before getting the room which is almost 10pm.
2) I was told that I had to contact trip.com in the morning regarding my booking. Hoerver, trip.com customer service agent was very attentive and fix this issue for me in the next morning immediately.
3) The phone in my room was out of order. I told the front desk to have it fixed while I was out but when I am back it was still out of order. So, I had to walk down to the front desk everytime I want to get some service.
