酒店位置非常私密，環境服務也很熱情，畢竟是瑰麗嘛，但是酒店設施還不是很完善，有種剛開業的手忙腳亂感覺，酒店的管家服務也沒與微信連通，需要服務還是要電話溝通，不過值得表揚的是，會有説中文的服務員接聽電話，應該是由中國客人就會有安排中文服務值班吧。餐廳方面日本餐廳出品很不錯，但也會有魚生片裏魚骨沒拔乾淨的情況，主廚解析是徒弟沒做好準備。總的來説放空幾天待在酒店挺好的，但與價格不對標。
