It is conveniently located just up the hill from Sakaimachi Street, the main street of Otaru City. It is about a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride from Otaru Station, and offers a relaxing stay that can be used as a hideaway or a second home when visiting Otaru. From the top of the hill, you can see the Otaru Port, which stimulates your sense of travel.

Located in Otaru, Winkel Village is a 1-minute drive from Ski Village Asari and 7 minutes from Sakaimachi Street.
