4-Star Hotels in Otaru

This isn't my first time staying at a Dormy Inn; I stayed at one in Kumamoto previously and absolutely loved it. The Otaru location is right in front of the station, which is super convenient. So, I didn't hesitate to choose Dormy Inn again. They offer complimentary Yakult and ice cream, which my child adored. The free ramen served as a late-night snack was a light soy sauce broth, easy on the stomach. Breakfast quality is outstanding, featuring seafood donburi, soup curry, tempura, grilled seafood, Hokkaido milk, and local specialties. Many hotels serve frozen fruit, but Dormy Inn offers fresh fruit!

Such a cozy place! Perfect for a group of 7 ppl👍🏻 There almost everything you need in the apartment! Clean and warm☺️ Although the bed could be a bit softer, but it’s acceptable👌🏻 everything else is perfect😁 recommended to anyone wants to come to 小樽 Otaru ‼️💯

The location is fantastic, very convenient whether you're walking from the station or taking the bus. The hotel itself is quite upscale, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. We dropped off our luggage early, and when we returned, it was already in our room, which I thought was a really nice touch.

This hotel in Otaru is fantastic for those traveling by car. Parking is super convenient and very affordable right next door. It’s also incredibly easy to walk out and explore the nearby shopping arcade. The rooms are spotless, tidy, and feel very new. The hotel staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. I honestly think I’ll be staying here again. After dropping off my bags, I could immediately head out to browse the Kitaichi Glass Museum, which has so many exquisite and beautiful glass products. Then it was a quick trip to Kitakaro and Rokkatei to grab lots of souvenirs. It was all so convenient and close by! In the afternoon, I even had time to relax with coffee and afternoon tea. I'm really looking forward to my next stay here!

The inn was very beautiful and spacious and it was very suitable for staying with a large number of people. I wanted to stay again if I had the opportunity.

Terrible service! On a snowy day, they kept saying there was no transportation, but I clearly saw the Line 13 bus passing by. I don't recommend staying here. Plus, their English isn't good, making communication difficult.

Very clean. The traffic is convenient, very popular folklore!
