"What I liked about it : The receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

吴吴This hotel is amazing to me:
-First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door.
-Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable.
-The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony.
-The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!

GGuest UserThis Novotel seems to be right in the city center, with plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small alley next door that leads directly to a bar street. However, it's over 2 kilometers from the riverside, about a 10-minute tuk-tuk ride. The hotel is relatively new, and the rooms are quite spacious. The only minor issue is the odd angle of the mirror, which makes shaving a bit awkward. The executive lounge offers a wider selection of drinks than many Pullman hotels. The main drawback is the price; a standard room at 700 RMB is more expensive than in Shanghai, so the value for money is debatable.

The lobby's design is simple yet elegant, with soft, non-glaring lighting that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were professional and patient; even with many guests, they maintained their smiles and spoke gently and politely, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The room itself truly showed the hotel's attention to detail: the bed was clean and comfortable, with high-quality linens that made me feel instantly relaxed. The shower had great water pressure and consistent temperature, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean, making me feel very secure. Even the air felt fresh and pleasant. Throughout my stay, every hotel employee maintained an exceptionally high standard of service. Any issues were addressed immediately without delay. Whether it was replenishing supplies, cleaning the room, or asking for local information, I always received a patient response. This meticulous and sincere service made staying here a true pleasure, not just a regular accommodation. It provided a real place for me to rest and recharge during my busy travels. GGuest UserThe location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

DDjcdeeVery good room, clean and got nice amenities. There is a rooftop smoking area on the 7th Floor that is 24/7, if you want easy access then be sure to ask to stay on the 7th floor. There's free lemon water downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast is quite decent, they make you a few different noodles as well as your standard breakfast buffet. There is a deposit of $100 USD required and they prefer cash as paying with card can take 1-30 days to return the money. There is some temporary parking out front so getting transport is quite easy, as well as getting food delivered. This place isn't marked on Grab so you'll need to be quite precise with the location for delivery, as well as providing a picture of outside of the hotel for your Grab delivery address. The room itself has automatic curtains, multi-styled plugs for international travelers, good lighting so you can sleep with the right amount of lights on if you want to. Hotel staff is confirmed to be 24/7 at reception, they'll always be someone there and they speak quite good English. Around the corner is a small local convenience store for buying extra water or local cigarettes. Down the road a bit is a 24/7 ABA Bank ATM that withdraws only in USD in amounts of 100USD bills so getting deposit for this place isn't that hard. However because the ATM does only 100USD bills, breaking this note at local shops is quite difficult.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is pretty good, and it seems like a lot of Chinese travelers stay here. The front desk staff are also nice and some even speak a bit of Chinese, so check-in and check-out were smooth. Just a heads up, remember to prepare a $100 cash deposit. Also, a quick reminder: even if you don't eat durian, don't bring it into the room, as it can leave a lingering smell. Overall, the room is good and quite spacious. I'd definitely go back.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.

OOP TeamThanks to Mettavary Team who offer us the room upgrade to Suite room, the room was amazing. also about the breakfast has Cambodian food & western all are great. friendly and helpful staff, as they helped with my luggage and assist me through this stay.
