"The hotel was amazing with some of the kindest and friendliest staff. The map location wasn’t correct, through the app or with Apple Maps. Only after a google search and getting in touch with the hotel, did I find it. The pool and workout room were awesome. The pool looked particularly amazing at night. My only issue was with their WiFi. I don’t know if it’s. Regular occurrence or just the luck of the draw. But other than that..5 stars!!!"

吴吴This hotel is amazing to me:
-First of all, the location is in the city center, it is very very convenient, it is too convenient to book a car at the door.
-Next door is the front desk, bar, swimming pool, many foreigners swimming in the pool, basking in the sun, very comfortable.
-The room design is too attentive, very modern and has an art gallery, the favorite is the bathtub on the balcony, it is too comfortable, and you can see the pool view from the balcony.
-The waiters at the hotel are all local, everyone will smile for you, the service is very very good! Stay here every minute and enjoy!

WE booked 5D4N for our business trip. We arrived very early at the hotel but the arrival experience is superb. I was assigned to room 309 at level 3 in 20mins.
The room is very decent size enough for 1 person. The bed is queen size bed, the blanket pillows and mattress decent clean bit not too comfortable for my preference.
Bedroom Experience:6/10
The bathroom is very spacious for this room size with seperate bathtub and standing shower. Wash basin is decent size for 1 person. Toilet is automatic and is very comfortable. Enjoyed the hot tub daily after work. Bathroom Experience: 7/10

NNadine NFavourite Hotel Ever!! As usual, it never disappoints. Truly remarkable that this is my 4th visit and I still get the same exceptional service and staff remember me. It is nice that they treat returning visitors as VIPs and are willing to factor this in when considering certain concessions.
I had accidentally spilled my chocolate frappe on the sheets. The hotel charge me for the replacement cost (which was totally fair) and discounted the cost since I am their “loyal customer). I’m not saying they should always do this but it certainly impressed me that they considered all my visits and friends I’d encouraged to stay over. Besides this though they are still usually reasonable with such things.
Per usual, there is everything around to make your stay completely seamless from shops to pharmacies to restaurants, etc.
The room service is 24 hours and excellent. Quality produce and delivery.
Staff, especially check in are very kind and helpful. I was really impressed by the check-in guy as I land early hours of the morning and he was very efficient. Plus, they had switched on the AC and the room was very comfortable after the long journey.
Having written many reviews for this hotel, there is not much more I can say as they continue to improve and maintain very high standards.
My only complaints are that the pool closes far too early at 8pm. I hope the hotel could consider extending the time. Secondly, the 4th four does not have a designated smoking section so it can become quite thick with the smoke smell. They might consider arranging ashtrays at more places than just the lift.

GGuest UserThe location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.
The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful.
The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.
It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high.
I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting.
The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!
The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.
Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

DDjcdeeVery good room, clean and got nice amenities. There is a rooftop smoking area on the 7th Floor that is 24/7, if you want easy access then be sure to ask to stay on the 7th floor. There's free lemon water downstairs in the lobby. Breakfast is quite decent, they make you a few different noodles as well as your standard breakfast buffet. There is a deposit of $100 USD required and they prefer cash as paying with card can take 1-30 days to return the money. There is some temporary parking out front so getting transport is quite easy, as well as getting food delivered. This place isn't marked on Grab so you'll need to be quite precise with the location for delivery, as well as providing a picture of outside of the hotel for your Grab delivery address. The room itself has automatic curtains, multi-styled plugs for international travelers, good lighting so you can sleep with the right amount of lights on if you want to. Hotel staff is confirmed to be 24/7 at reception, they'll always be someone there and they speak quite good English. Around the corner is a small local convenience store for buying extra water or local cigarettes. Down the road a bit is a 24/7 ABA Bank ATM that withdraws only in USD in amounts of 100USD bills so getting deposit for this place isn't that hard. However because the ATM does only 100USD bills, breaking this note at local shops is quite difficult.

KKun VichekaIt was a nice experience with this hotel. I stayed here several times because of the design of the room and nice service. My only problem is about the smell of cigarettes. Since we stayed as the family with kids, it was not so pleasant for them to stay with the smell of cigarette. And I just found out that almost 90% of the rooms have the smell of cigarettes, we tried to change the rooms so many times, but they are the same.

The room was as same as the pictures, clean and like new. The water pressure of rain shower was great.
Also, the breakfast buffet was so delicious. Very satisfied. would love to stay here again if possible.

AAnonymous UserThe location is great, in a key spot in the city which makes it easy to get around and explore. There's an Aeon Mall right across the street, which is super convenient. Plus, there are lots of restaurants nearby and it's close to the Forbidden City. I'd give the location a 10/10.
Taxi availability gets a 9/10.
For safety, you need a key card to operate the elevator, so that's a 7/10.
There was a strong smell of smoke, a 10/10 for smokiness.
Cleanliness was a 7/10.
Overall, the price was acceptable.

But upon arrival, check in was smooth, bed was a little too soft for my personal preference, found a dead cockroach beside my bed floor. They offer 15 mins free massage which was refreshing from the long journey. Food was good, try the Fish Amok.
