The hotel’s kitchen offered a menu that might seem simple at a glance but was satisfyingly delightful upon tasting. Every dish we tried was prepared well, with fresh ingredients and flavors that are comforting yet exciting to the palate. The breakfast, in particular, deserves an extra note of praise for being consistently good, providing a delightful start to our days of exploration. Adding to the hotel’s allure was the inviting swimming pool, serving as a refreshing sanctuary after a day of touring the magical temples and vibrant markets of Siem Reap. During the wet season, the atmosphere around Sala Lodges was even more calming and soothing, with the soft sound of rain providing a comforting backdrop to our stay. My stay was very comfortable. The hotel isn't large, but it's very clean and the service is excellent. The location is also great; nothing is too far away, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's enough to fill you up. The only downside was the lack of disposable slippers. Oh, and the complimentary banana chips were delicious!

An absolutely wonderful hotel! The rooms are spacious, comfortable, spotless, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. But what truly stands out is the exceptional service. Whether at the front desk or in the restaurant, the staff greeted us by name with genuine smiles. A special thank you to Try Sokneng at the front desk and the other lovely ladies whose names I didn't catch—we received incredible care and help from our first day until our departure on the fifth day. Coming back to the hotel and being greeted with cold towels and icy drinks made us instantly forget the 39°C heat. I’m so grateful for the high-quality management and the ever-smiling staffs. ⭐Professional & Warm I had a wonderful stay at The Palace Indochine Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully designed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The swimming pool was relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a great place for both business and leisure travelers. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Tasty breakfasts, great service, big rooms. Also very nice design of room and hotel’s territory as well. If I come back to Siemreap again I will definitely chose this hotel. Also the staff helped me to book all activities.

We were welcomed with complimentary juice and snacks upon arriving at the hotel. They had a scent reminiscent of Cambodia and were delicious. The room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel offered a variety of tours, which could be booked at the front desk by the day before, making it very convenient. We joined two tours arranged by the hotel, and both were fantastic. The price was also reasonable. Overall, we were very satisfied with both the services and the cost.

The staff at this hotel are exceptionally helpful and attentive. Whenever we required assistance, they promptly responded and regularly inquired if we needed anything further. The breakfast offerings are excellent, and the dining options throughout the menu are also impressive. The swimming pool provides a relaxing environment, and the massage service was particularly appreciated after a busy day exploring Angkor Wat. They also extended a 20% discount on the massage services. Overall, our five-day, four-night stay at this hotel was very satisfying.

It's decent, has everything you need, and the location is convenient. The hotel service is good, with a large supermarket right next door and a museum across the street. The green spaces are also nice, and it offers great value for money. The only downside was that the elevator was out of order when I visited, but thankfully the highest floor is only the 3rd.

Very good hotel with excellent service, extensive breakfast and cozy swimming pool. Would be happy to return next time.
