"The hotel was perfect. It's less than 20 minutes from the convention center, so transportation is decent. The breakfast was simple. The room was clean, and the stay was quiet. The price was too high during the exhibition, and there was a shortage of rooms. Luckily, I booked early for just over a thousand. They offer a free shuttle to the exhibition hall. Outlets are right next door, a 5-minute drive away. There are also a few restaurants nearby. For Cantonese Chinese food, you have to go to YH Seafood, a Michelin-starred restaurant that's always packed, so reservations are a must."

"Hotel was comfortable and the room was cosy n clean. All facilities were provided. Location is closed to airport but have to take a taxi or Uber as such the costs increase. We had to take early flight so missed breakfast. We basically stayed for few hours, rested well as the beds were comfortable. Someone was at reception desk all the time which was convenient and felt good. We arrived quite late in the night and left early morning and the reception was manned."

GGuest UserI had a prepaid booking.
They charged 800$ for incidentals with the POS that gave the “Approved” status.
We spend like 1k and they locked us outside of the room and asked us to pay this again the whole amount. They did not recognize the initial payment.
Front desk guy Christian very rood, pushing it to the edge of snapping.
Eventually I asked to speak to the manager on duty..he got at the front desk in 20-30 minutes, apologizing and saying that everything is ok with the initial payment.
We spent 1 hour locked outside by this “system error”
The service at the Sofia (downstirs restaurant) is very poor because of the kitchen staff.
The roof top restaurant is quite nice for dinner.
I waited 30 min for the valet to bring my car. The have no f idea of what they’re doing.
You can get only inroom dining after 10pm.
Shuttle service only to Disney parks.

AAidefeiyouerOrlando Disney was absolutely fantastic! The service and facilities were excellent. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and there was always someone available 24/7 to assist. The lobby also features a Fuel convenience store where you can pick up drinks, fruit, and sandwiches, which was incredibly convenient! Both the Dolphin and Swan resorts offer frequent shuttle boats to all the parks. Will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe hotel has just been renovated. The facilities are very new and some parts are still in the running-in period. The room is beautiful but still has some decoration smell. The lobby staff are very enthusiastic and there is a free shuttle to various parks in Disney. You need to swipe your room card to enter the elevator, which is very safe.

GGuest UserWe needed a hotel for 2 nights and this one came in under budget at just under $145 CDN a night. It was worth that price.
The arcade games did not work and they all are our money. The manager on duty did credit our account for the amount we paid.
All in all, a good hotel, with that said nothing in included including parking which is $25/night. We knew this going there but worth noting.

AAislinn ChengThe only thing about the hotel that I felt was deducted was the time I had to wait for the elevator during the peak check-out period in the morning (I usually come back late at night).
My room is on the 21st floor (21/27), which is considered a relatively high floor. I had to wait for more than 15 minutes before I could go to the lobby smoothly after pressing the elevator button. It really doesn’t look like what a hotel elevator should look like... (It is recommended to allow more time for going out/checking out)
Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel room and location.
Uber to Disneyland is around US14-25. The journey is all within 30 minutes~
However, there is no kettle for boiling hot water in the hotel room. There is also a freezer, which is a big advantage. There is also a 24-hour mart downstairs (but Starbucks does not reserve 15 minutes of queuing time in the morning, so you can’t buy it at all)
Summary: It’s a nice stay and the supporting facilities are okay.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel is very good. It is closest to MK. The second floor of the hotel can take the small train directly to MK. At night, there are many people who take the train from MK. At this time, you can take the cruise ship to Pier 2 and return to the hotel. Come to Orlando Disneyland the whole journey ~ you need to stay in a hotel, you don't need to change hotels at all (don't ask me how I know). This hotel has cruises, trains, buses to choose from, and UBER is also very convenient.
The hotel room is large, the health is very good, there is a hand-held shower, not the kind of wall-mounted can not be picked off, it is also convenient.
The hotel restaurant closed on time at 21:00. We came back late. We didn't eat dinner. We took half a bag of biscuits. If we want to go back to the hotel for dinner, we have to arrange a time.

LLuckymiqimaThe room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. However, the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Slippers are not provided, so remember to bring your own. There's a coffee shop and a pizza place on the ground floor, which is very convenient for dining and drinks. Orlando summers are hot and sunny, and I felt walking to Universal Studios was a bit far. I'd recommend taking a taxi.

GGuest UserThis was a terrible experience.
1. I confirmed with the hotel 2 days prior to my arrival they we would be there and they confirmed my reservation.
2. Date of arrival our flight got delayed. I contacted the hotel and confirmed my late arrival due to flight delay. They confirmed.
3. We arrive and the hotel didn’t have a room for us of the type we paid for. Fortunately they had a room but we’d have to move the next day.
4. We were compensated with free parking. That was appreciated.
5. Moved to our new room and the stench that came from the pullout bed cannot be described. It eas horrible. The entire room was filled by the pungent odor. Of course, this was discovered at night.
6. Spoke to the night manager and asked if they could swap the mattress out or change rooms and they said not likely. They gave me some points. Gee, that took care of the smell…
7. Next morning an older gentleman was on staff as manager and he was on it when I spoke with him. He had the maintenance crew in the room within 20 minutes. They took out the old mattress and replaced it with an almost new looking one.
You get what you pay for. Though they resolved our issues we decided to leave half way thru our trip. It was not worth it. The rooms are not in good condition as they appear on their website.
I appreciate their effort but to have to struggle with the staff multiple times, not worth it. We ended up staying at a WDW property with of course, we should have done since the beginning.

KKathyJV1. Initially we were put in a very substandard room. I had to complain to the front desk and then they moved us to an acceptable one (why didn't they do that in the first place?)
2. We stayed for 5 nights and only on the last day did they clean the room...unacceptable
3. Nobody is ever at the front desk to answer the phone when you call for something so you literally had to go downstairs in the cold to talk to someone
4. The carpet outside the room (#10308) and along the entire walkway to the elevator was soaked with water from a leak somewhere.
On a positive side, the bartender was very nice and the Manager was very helpful when we eventually spoke with her.
