GGuest UserThe room is good, the stay is fast, close to the airport. The traffic is very convenient, and the bus travel is good. The hotel is quiet, and the personal travel is very good.

Very welcoming and proactive staff!
Very good departure and arrival times.
Free shuttle service to both EPCOT (not tested, but from this park it's possible to get to Magic Kingdom via the super convenient monorail) and Universal Studios.
The shuttle service is early in the morning so you can arrive right when it opens.
Finally, the hotel is very close to Universal Studios, making it very convenient to return by taxi or other means and enjoy the many shops and entertainment options in the evening.

GGuest UserReception service very good, attentive. Basic breakfast but with enough options. Rooms negative point that it is all carpet and sealed glass so it is with a lot of dust concentration, ideal would be to remove carpet. Bed a little ”tired”. Great location, close to shopping and very close to Universal. I believe it is the best option in the region because of the breakfast that makes the difference. Cleaning service passed every day in the room.

VVerified MemberI’m not happy that the resort fee was 25% higher than suggested on this app.
Probably the best renovated room I’ve stayed in a motel before. Especially the bathroom was well renovated.
Only issue was a noisey AC unit.
Housecleaning was also good.
I’m also not sure why it said the hotel was completely sold out when it only seemed 15-25% full.
Location was incredible as it’s walking distance to everything you would need nearby such as liquor store, brunch, dinner, fast food. They also gave you 20% off the nearby Denny’s.

เเล็กวาThis hotel, good location, the service is also very good, the staff are smiling, the breakfast is considered good at a certain level, the only downside is that the room at the mattress and the bathroom has a small cockroach. Up to the bed as you can see, the hotel has a renewed, but some of them do not finish the room, there is an old part and there are cockroaches living in it.

GGuest UserGood value to price. We had a 2 queen room on the 3rd floor. Nothing fancy on the outside, but has everything you need to feel comfortable and unwind in the room. Do note that it may smell a musty if you are very sensitive to smell. Because you are so close to the highway, it gets loud especially on pool side, but also for the location, you're not too far from downtown and the highway to move around orlando. Front desk was friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Would stay again

アアンナ姉さんOverall, I had a comfortable stay! There was a restaurant next door, so I didn't have any trouble finding something to eat, and it was nice to be able to drop into a local bar about a 5-minute walk away.
However, I was a little disappointed that the shuttle service to the airport was not available. The guide said that there was a service, so I was disappointed because I had high hopes. In the end, I used Uber and arrived at the airport in about 10 minutes.
It's possible that the driver is not there, so it's best to call before you go!

I was taking my nephew on a trip to Orlando, a little getaway to spoil him, on a small budget. I needed cheap, and I did my research. I’ll be honest, I read some of the reviews for Garnet Inn, and they weren’t all great. I can’t tell you about those peoples stay. But I can tell you about mine
My stay here was fantastic. We had a great time, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I will stay here again, 100%
A few things to note- it’s a cheap hotel.
Is it fancy? No. Is it older? Yes.
Was it clean? Absolutely
The lobby is not impressive. It could be updated, the furniture looks a bit outdated, but was it clean? Yea it was! Was the price affordable? Yes it was!
The room has everything I needed. 2 beds. Lots of pillows. A huge tv mounted on the wall. A fridge. A microwave. A bar of soap. A package of shampoo. Fresh clean towels and sheets. The room was clean. Floors were clean. Bathroom was clean. The mirror was spotless. I have zero complaints on cleanliness.
I chose a pool view room. Which we loved. Let me tell you about the pool. It was very clean, and there is a kiddie pool and an adult pool. Both were great. The kiddie pool is 1 foot deep. Great for kids who can’t swim, or who just what to splash around. The adult pool is big, clean, has stairs, a railing and even a lift.
The staff- everyone was super friendly to me. Check in was easy. Check out was easy. Life was simple here
The breakfast- your getting the basics. Cereal, waffles, toast. Coffee and juice and milk. There was lots. It did not run out. It’s included in your stay, at that cheap of a price guess what? It’s sufficient
Room cleaning- housekeeping came everyday. Made the bed. Cleaned the garbage and changed my towels. I didn’t have to ask. They just did it.
The location- close to everything. 10 min drive to anywhere you want to go. There is a really good restaurant in the same parking lot, as well as a 7/11. There is a McDonald’s a 3 min walk down the street.
To sum it up, could it be fancier? Sure. But if it was you wouldn’t be getting this cheap of a price. All my needs were met, it was comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. I will be staying here again, no doubt !

PPatrick JM100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.

GGuest UserWe got a room around the back near the barrage that was overflowing. Inside the room at first sight I thought the floor was dirty but it was actually dirty looking. A centipede died in the standing shower and roaches crawling out from behind the toilet to behind the mirror. Air condition chips out sometimes and the room never gets cold. There is a small table and two dirty chairs in the room at two burner built in stove and a full size painted fridge. The bed was clean, but this isn’t somewhere to call home about somewhere to sleep for the night and get out.
