Hotel Prezydent ★★★★

"I went there to enjoy a SPA weekend and rest from awful November weather. Conditions outside did not allow to enjoy surroundings, nor were there any attractions available that are there in summer obviously. Rooms are clean, staff at the reception OK. We tried food in the restaurant for lunch. My friend was happy with quiche and zalewajka soup, my pasta with pumpkin was dull (lacked concrete taste). Breakfast is not super original, but everyone should find something they like. I went to infrared sauna (you have to ask at the reception to have it prepared). Temperature did not really allow for sweating. So the thing that I can honestly recommend are facial treatments in SPA. Massage was nice, but the treatment I took the second day was excellent and the Lady carrying it out was really, really nice and very customer oriented."

"We have booked this hotel as my partner was diving at Deepspot next day. From the start everything went wrong. On check in we have discovered that they are having big weeding - nobody bothered to inform us earlier about it so we could stay in different hotel. They tried to give us room on the ground floor which we have refused. Receptionist offered room on the second floor with air condition that didn’t work. They have sent maintenance but it only blow warm air. We had no choice but stay in hot room, with wedding downstairs and running kids and people around. They are greedy, they don’t care and nobody can’t be bothered. Awful experience"

It turned out that breakfast was not included. You have to pay separately. There's also a parking fee. What's more, when I provided my invoice details, the receptionist informed me that she could only issue invoices for breakfast and parking. However, I should contact you for the overnight stay.
