"The B&B boasts a refined, quiet atmosphere and a convenient location, directly across the street from Spello's historic center, with free parking directly across the street. The young owner, Alessandro, was very welcoming and helpful in providing useful information for trips to nearby towns. The B&B has just four well-kept, clean rooms, all with air conditioning and heating. There's no closet, but a large dresser and an open-plan coat rack. I recommend letting me know in advance if you have any special breakfast needs, as they only stock a few high-quality products. I think it's suitable for short stays, as there aren't many shared areas. Highly recommended!"
