Look, if you are bougie, do not stay here.
We stayed here one night because the Davenport did not have availability until the next day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The property just seems suspect but it was fine. I’m bougie so I probably won’t be back. :). Be blessed everyone

The beds are old, i dont even know what to say about the things they call pillows, no remote when i checked in, the walls are paper thin, and a train runs about every 30 minutes. Roughest night ive had in many years!

The reviews on this property seem to be either love it or hate it. My kids loved the cool old vibes and that they showed the old Popeye movie on the building wall at night. We love that we could walk to pretty much everything including our basketball games at the nearby high school. Food, riverfront, movies, downtown area all walking distance. They’ve updated the rooms, but cleaning needs to improve. Hair all over bathroom floor and toothpaste on sink faucet was pretty gross. Breakfast was basic, but adequate and staff was super friendly. Train seems to ba a complaint but honestly we didn’t even notice it at night. Homeless people kick around from time to time but we didn’t feel unsafe. Parking was well lit and felt secure. Given the opportunity we would definitely stay again.

Very loud all night. Train goes by multiple times in the night. They did provide ear plugs. I forgot a phone charger and they had one I was able to borrow.

Uncomfortable and noisy. Felt really light headed from being in the room. And not safe enough to sleep.
