"We had a great stay with our 2 young adult children. Great views and location. The casita has all that you could need. There was plenty of space and we loved the steam shower! The beds were super comfortable. We had a great meal at the Bit and Spur next door."

"The hotel overall was fantastic. The pricing was very reasonable, and the location made it super easy to access my room. Parking was convenient, and the view was simply amazing. On top of that, the people were really friendly. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"We stayed here and it was a wonderful experience. The staff is friendly and the grounds are beautiful. The pool is a little cold in early May. I WILL MAKE ONE WARNING, don’t rent their bikes. Kids cannot have electric bikes and I REALLY recommend to have them get an electric or go into town and get a bike they can ride the back of. Also you have to pedal in order to get boost. So many people went flying by us on bikes with better comfort seats you don’t have to pedal to go. On the uphills you will be grateful for assist."

"This place is a hidden gem! A historical, unique place to stay! I was lucky enough to reserve the Garden cabin #7 and it was just beautiful for my first time trip to Zion National park. The hosts are very nice and attentive if you have any questions. The rooms are clean and unique, in the heart of Springdale, close to shuttle stop 5 within walking distance to just about everything! Parking is limited but you are able to park for the nights you are staying. Beautiful property, no TVs in rooms which is not needed because you have an awesome scenery to take in! Community fridge and office was clean and welcoming. There is a clean jacuzzi for guests staying on property. They even offer a nice hearty breakfast at Oscar's cafe steps away! The garden cabin has a private entrance, comfy king size bed, nice walk-in shower, keurig coffee machine, separate towels for jacuzzi and bathroom. I definitely enjoyed my nights spent here and recommend staying here!"

Desert Pearl Inn

"Check in was a breeze with self service coffee and tea station at their reception. They provide some useful tips around the area and a map for reference. We stayed on the second floor which I don't recommend if you are carrying big luggages. Try to get first floor for convenience since the view is still great. Parking is free for hotel guests right at door step and widely available. Coin machines ain't working during my stay (tho reception lady claimed it was working during check in). Had to make a run all the way back to the counter to get coins changed (laundry room and reception isn't even that exactly near). Washer didn't even spin dry my clothes during wash mode and I had to wash twice before | throw it into the dryer. Costs about $2-3 each time."

Canyon Casitas at Zion ★★★
"I had so much fun staying at the casitas! There was live music at the restaurant next door and a small local farmers market! It was super fun to grab a drink and tacos and then walk back to the casita and listen to the live music from our porch (don't worry it stopped around 8:30-9pm) The casita was fully stocked with a cute welcome basket with things like bath salts, shower steamers, and some snacks. I loved the giant bath tub and the bed was super comfortable. I can't wait to come back"

"When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view. The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again."

"The views and the lot were great. However, nowhere that we could find was it disclosed that the toilet was located inside the shower space. The toilet and shower being combined into the same area made the bathroom unusable for us during our stay. For $350 per night, this is something that would have been important to know in advance, as we would have chosen a different place to stay had it been clearly disclosed. It’s possible we may have missed this somewhere in the listing, and if so, we’d genuinely appreciate knowing where it was noted. We also were not aware that parking in the lot was not allowed past 10 a.m. on the day of checkout. Since we were only there for one night and had never been to Zion before, we did not realize this ahead of time."

"The hotel has a good location, the rooms are a bit old but well-maintained, it has a resort feel! Parking is free, but toiletries and slippers are not provided, so please bring your own. The breakfast is the best, definitely check out the recommended restaurants!"
