GGuest Userfabulous customer service upon arrival for checkin with Alex, ever so friendly and hospitable, made me feel welcome, also a shoutout to Celia front desk, required assistance with my bicycle and other points of interest, sorted all my quieries and was ever so kind to juggle me with my myriad of questions and check in all guests. multi taking employee @ Toc, loved the historical central location, overall quiet, respectful staff including Jony @ night shift. Toc seems like a hotel upon entrance, fab social scene at the entrance with billiard tabe, tables for computer use, rooms warm and quiet, just bring ear plugs for the weekends. Kitchen has limited supplies, but functional..highly recommend a stay at Toc,..certainly will return.

DDionisCons: 1. Minimum 20 minute walk to the center! (it’s annoying to walk back and forth through an ugly pier and a very ugly area), 2. No kettle in the room (there isn’t one in the hotel at all), 3. No dishes (none! There’s nothing to drink from), 4. The view from the window is not beautiful 5. The mattress is not comfortable. PROS: 1. Close to the metro and bus station 8 minutes on foot, 2. Good renovation, pleasant to stay in the hotel, 3. Polite staff, 4. Nearby there is a cafe for locals with delicious coffee for 1.60 €, 5. Excellent wi-fi

AArthit NiranIt was a lovely modern hostel, which is elegant and wunderbar. You have a nice private/capsuled bed too! There is a one centralized bathroom for all, to which attached a locker room. So your stuff is safe and locked, but you have to leave the room to retrieve it. A plus is there is a common space. Also a kitchen for you to cook your own meal! It’s also close to station! I just hope they retain the affordable price as it is now.

GGuest UserIt’s a decent hostel in terms of hygiene and amenities, and the owner welcomed me professionally. However, it could be a lot better as I was placed in a dormitory with some highly unpleasant characters who were extremely noisy and stank of vile ******** and disgusting stale sweat. Worse still, no rules about noise were enforced by the night receptionist as people were watching TV and having loud phone conversations after midnight in the common area. I’m sure you can a do a lot better — if you don’t see a problem with the noise late at night and people standing outside your entrance smoking ********, then please market yourself as a party hostel and I’ll choose somewhere else to stay to get a good night’s sleep.

GGuest UserThis Hotel is a victim of its location. It is in an area of Malaga devoid of all and any services except Bus. The surrounding area is utterly decrepit with only one functioning Shop and Bar. Not the way to experience Malaga in any circumstances. This is a pity as the hotel has wonderful Staff and good facilities.

GGuest UserWe arrived at midday and the hallway carpet was still dirty. Later that evening, it was clear they had vacuumed. The hotel occupies one floor of a building. The rooms are basic but clean. It's not very modern. It doesn't offer many amenities. The staff were polite. It's a 2-star hotel, and I think that's fairly rated. It's almost like a hostel with a private bathroom, but the price is what's off. It's far too expensive for what it is. It was disappointing. The best thing about it is the location, which is very good. Cheers!
