SSyeda AsmaExtremely well situated with the historical centre in 13 minutes walking distance. The pool was not overcrowded and the service was very good. The walls were rather thin so you could hear the noise from the square outside but the terrace area allowed for a nice experience.
The breakfast is overpriced but there’s plenty of breakfast options available just outside the hotel.

GGuest UserThe rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is located within a well-equipped shopping mall, which features a diverse, all-you-can-eat buffet. It's just 200 meters from the Rosaleda football stadium. While it's a bit far from the city center, it's only about a 30-minute walk. The staff are very friendly. On the top floor, there's a pool and sun loungers with beautiful city views.

GGuest UserEverything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

AANDREAI stayed at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio and, overall, the experience was pleasant.
The rooms are clean and well-organized, and the service provided by the staff was always courteous and attentive. A particularly positive note is the breakfast served on the second floor: excellent quality, a wide selection, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel is in need of a general renovation. The spaces, while functional, are showing signs of age and could benefit from a restyling that would make them more contemporary and comfortable. I believe that with a targeted intervention, this property could fully express its potential and offer an even higher level of hospitality.

MMaximilianoFor a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.

GGuest UserI arrived at 18:30 at the hotel, it took me until 23:30 to finally check into my room as the check-in times online are wrong. The staff works from 10:00 to 18:00 , afterwards you are either on your own or will have to call the office in Madrid.
Besides that the hotel was fine, good location with everything you need nearby.
