Outstanding
GGuest UserStaff were wonderful. They held my luggage as I was very early for check-in and communicated via a handheld translator. The room was very nice and spacious with an absolutely gorgeous view to the city and surrounding areas. The private hot spring tubby on the deck was also wonderful as you do get the scene to the city and providing a wonderful ambiance. The food provided was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. Now the caveat is the hotel is on a hill and unless you have transportation like a rental car or taxi, getting up there is a hike and more so with luggage. The staff also provided me with a shuttle to Itō station and some snacks to my next location. Oh and the wonderful picture they took and framed for me was also so thoughtful

GGuest UserIt was love from the first sight. Lovely and silent place that what you need after all the hustle and bustle of big cities. Hot springs are relaxing and food is delicious. Wish had more days there.

22050212288First-line sea view room, good service attitude, breakfast is available in Western and Japanese! The hot spring pool has good water quality and elegant environment! The 9-hole sea view golf course is a good choice for business and leisure!

GGuest UserOverall, this is a small but beautiful resort hotel with comfortable space and relatively complete amenities. The service is polite and friendly, and the food is delicious. The area is quiet, with a convenience store and a grocery store nearby. However, unlike many hot spring hotels, they don't offer shuttle service to and from the station, so you'll need to take a taxi to get there and back.

JJasssssIn fact, the hotel is very good, the environment is very good, the room is very beautiful, the toilet is super big, and it is very comfortable to live. But the disadvantage is that the traffic is too inconvenient, unless you drive by yourself... and dinner needs to be booked one day in advance, otherwise there is nothing to eat nearby.

ララコウThe room was very large, spacious, and bright, and it even had a sea view. Although the hotel's exterior looks a bit dated, the interior structure and facilities are well-maintained and excellent. Plus, the price offers great value and is very competitive. The only minor drawback is that it's a 20-minute walk to both the train and bus stations. However, this isn't an issue for guests who drive, as there's parking available, including charging stations.

HHoiThe hotel is aged but the price was bargain when we booked. The rooms are very spacious but again the furnishings does shows history, it’s still clean nevertheless. The onsen is very nice and the golf course view is amazing, however we just have a quick sleepover so didn’t enjoy must of what the hotel has to offers. We choose here for the price value and proximity to the central part of Ito for restaurants and supermarket, close to the hill, zoo, and the coast
