3-Star Hotels in Malaga

Asked for someone to meet me at the accomodation and was greeted by the friendly Agnes and Marcos. Agnes showed me to my room and brought me around to show me the mini kitchen that has Nespresso machine, dishwasher, microwave and utensils. Found my room very pleasant, clean. Worth the stay. Only negative is the Nespresso machine needs some cleaning/maintenance. I tested the machine without putting in a pod and found brown water coming out with particles. I did not make a drink from it. Otherwise, my 2 nights stay was good. Even arranged a taxi for me to the airport.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient and made getting around very easy. The only small improvement I would suggest is having a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee. This would make the stay even more comfortable, especially for guests who enjoy a hot drink in the room. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

The location is a bit biased, on a small road, there are no shops around. But ubereat is still convenient to order takeaway. At that time, I didn't know that there was also a family in the old town of Malaga. I found out that if I came to the old town next time, it would be more convenient to eat and go shopping. The room was smaller than I thought, but three people lived enough, the kitchen utensils and kitchen utensils were very complete, there was a microwave, and there was a welcome gift. The room was generally nice, but it was a bit noisy in the bustling city center at night. The soundproofing was poor. Also, if you're driving, there's no parking at the hotel; you'll need to park in a paid parking lot outside, which costs around 27 euros for 24 hours. This is something to consider when booking.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, but public transportation is convenient. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but there's a large outlet mall. The hotel rooms are clean, and housekeeping is prompt. The staff are very welcoming, and the hotel offers breakfast and dinner services. It's good value for money.

We reserved the loft and we had high expectation with the accommodation given that the photos and reviews were great. In reality, everything was great as expected including cleanliness, location and amenities. It is very close to Malaga Cathedral, and the room environment is decently refurbished. However, the service is not up to standard. First of all, we arrived early and requested for an early check-in. However, the request cannot be fulfilled. Second, there was no luggage storage within the facility and we had no choice but to spend extra money for nearby lockers. Third, the check-in service is all set up and processed via online check-in form and WhatsApp. The contact persons are not helpful as our requests were not fulfilled. No early check-in, no luggage storage and no real-person concierge. Also, the Wi-Fi password is too complicated and the room access requires the hotel Wi-Fi connection. The mobile connection is weak for the area. Overall, the accommodation was great, but the guest service has a big room of improvement.

Good location, within 10 mins walk to both central stations, so great place to base in. Very easy to walk to center as well (around 10-12 mins walk), and good transport links to various places, with the bus stop to the airport within 5 mins walk from hotel. Biggest problem is that room's beds do not actually come with blankets (kind of strange, not sure why), they only come with beddings (like coverings that are very thin). Service is great and they let you leave baggage with them as well after/before check out check in.

I love the hostel. The staff is really friendly and nice. They are helpful for the first timer and guides well. The capsule is comfortable and unique experience. The bathroom have all you needed; shampoo, body lotion, body shower etc. The most important thing is the toilet has bidet. The pantry amenities is good and well maintained.
