GGuest UserI was very comfortable in the hotel, I stayed for 5 days. Fernando, a very professional and friendly girl, did everything for the guests. In general, all the staff of the respiratory are very kind, thank you!
The room has everything, blood is comfortable, the air conditioner works perfectly. It is necessary to keep in mind that the hotel is 2 stars, the room has no refrigerator and price and it is normal.
The bus stop is far away, but if you stop on the traffic light right near the hotel exit, the bus will definitely take you. To the beach to go 7-15 minutes.
It is important to know that one side of the hotel building is coming out on the road where people with sensitive hearing can be noisy. However, this issue can always be solved with the resepshne, the other side of the hotel is very quiet.
The advantage of the city hotel - 200 meters from the hotel in the direction of the shopping center there is a home cafe, where to 16-30 you can eat very delicious soup and main dish for 150-190 peso 😍

Details: Wifi was disconnected very soon and sometimes not reached enough to the rooms.
Stranger smells, we thought it was wet, but when they cleaned it, we realized it was the flavouring they used when trapping, I recommend that they change from flavouring.

AAliyahWe enjoyed our stay here! Our private room was spacious and as pictured. The hostel in general is beautiful, so much green, plants, open, beautiful pool and so on, such a little slice of paradise.
BUT… The bathroom STINKS though, like sewage or something. Even keeping the bathroom windows open all day doesn’t help. That was a let down. The kitchen also needs to be cleaned, there’s crusty dishes and silverware and ants scurrying across countertops. The kitchen would be great but it needs to be cleaned!
There’s tons of restaurants around, close to Mercado 23 and 28, only a 10 minute walk from the ADO station so a nice area to explore overall. They have trips I wish I would’ve taken advantage of, like $70 to see Tulum, Cobá and Playa de Carmen so definitely take advantage! There’s very few trips at that price to see all that.
Also I saw other travelers say there’s not much or a vibe here and feels a little ghostly and I agree. But I knew that going and and me and my sister were like great; we’ll have the place to ourselves and we kinda did 😄 we stayed for 3 days but wasn’t really a place to make friends or meet other travelers… ppl stayed to themselves to with their friends.

LlaozhangkkkkkIn the city center, considering that the price is really cheap, it can be done. If it is for the sunny beach, it is not recommended. We just had a good night's sleep. At 10 o'clock in the evening, we checked out at 7:30 in the morning and the breakfast was very poor.

Но кто написал, что завтрак шведский стол, за дополнительную плату, его нет и здесь об этом не слышали. Это не проблема покушать рядом, в ста метрах несколько кофешек, на любой вкус, холодильника нет в номере, зачем лишнее писать, чего нет, приедут постояльцы лишнее разочарование и раздражение. На фото посмотрите какая красота растет, на улице рядом с отелем.
