Great
SSammyjake95The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

JjasonklWalking distance of ADO bus station. Nearby lots of nice cafes, and nearby a park with various food stalls. Bus stop nearby to get to hotel zone.
For the hotel, the pool and jacuzzi is great. Stayed in a dorm bed. Has curtains for privacy and a cupboard to store your luggage. The water accumulates in the bathroom. Perhaps still need some renovation work.

GGuest Useri booked last night (recommended by Chat GBT!) and had a great sleep. The bed was comfortable and had the best pillow on my trip of 5 days so far. Nice blind blocks out light. Had some trouble with the espresso machine (nice touch), but it was promptly changed. it’s ideally located at La Isla shopping mall. The rooftop bar was really buzzing till 11 pm, so you might not want to book the fifth floor. I was on the 4th and it was perfect. i swam this a.m.—both the pool and jacuzzi were delightfully warm. Caught up with Emily in Paris on Netflix! I’d stay again in a minute. in fact, i may go back this trip. i also found Trip.com had the very best price for this hotel: $165.

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay.

LLilihaohaoThis hotel is located on a barrier island chain off Cancun, with a lagoon on one side and the Gulf of Mexico on the other, boasting stunning blue waters at a pleasant temperature. The food at the hotel was excellent; we booked an all-inclusive package, and the cuisine was varied, offering buffet, à la carte, and room service options. The hotel also has many complimentary activities, and we participated in the boating program...

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night.
The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude.
Overall, it is very good and suitable for vacation. Ordinary rooms can see a little sea at the edge. If you need a sea view, it is recommended to have a sea view room. Seaside hotels are more humid, but the sea is indeed beautiful.

제제니jeniThis is my third time visiting Cancun! The location is great, and the front desk staff are friendly. The food selection isn't huge, but they have all the essentials. Last night's dinner buffet and today's breakfast were good; the fried rice and beef tacos were particularly delicious! My room had a view of both the club zone and the ocean. There was loud music playing until early morning, but since I like music, it wasn't a big problem for me. However, if you're an early sleeper, I'd recommend avoiding rooms in that specific area.

GGuest UserWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
