SSammyjake95The hotel was fantastic. We got a free upgrade to a family suite room which was really nice! We only spent 2 days there but I thought everything was good. The hotel seems like it’s been there quite a while and it’s not particularly modern, but they maintain it really well. For that area the price and quality it’s definitely worth a stay!

The hardware conditions are very good, and it is the newest hotel in the hotel zone. The view from the rooftop is excellent, with the Caribbean Sea on the left and the lagoon on the right. Under the sun, you can see 5/6 different colors of blue and green, which is very beautiful.
The hotel is not All Inclusive, so it is relatively quiet, which is an advantage for us.
But the software (service) is lame!
1. I placed a Didi deli order and informed the front desk in advance. The front desk said that they would not put it in the refrigerator, but the bar and restaurant are 10 steps away from the front desk, which is completely unreasonable.
2. The plane arrived at 7 am and arrived at the hotel at 7:30. The front desk told me that I could not check in early and had to wait until 3 pm. It was too dogmatic. But why can the airline staff check in early?
3. I asked for towels twice and waited for 40 minutes; I asked for facial tissues three times, and finally I went to find the waiter myself.
4. The handle of the shower was broken and the repair was not timely.
5. There are yellow watermarks and spots on the pillowcase.
I stayed for 5 days. The hardware is really good, but the service is too bad. I will choose another hotel next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a great location. The beach downstairs may be the best in Cancun, with fine sand and clear water. It is a 10-minute walk from the port, and it is convenient to go to Isla Mujeres. The food here is also good, with stewed pork and stewed chicken, rice, and the drinks in the bar are delicious. Sometimes there are performances at night.
The front desk service attitude is quite good, especially the male front desk in a dark blue short-sleeved shirt and glasses, who has a very good attitude.
Overall, it is very good and suitable for vacation. Ordinary rooms can see a little sea at the edge. If you need a sea view, it is recommended to have a sea view room. Seaside hotels are more humid, but the sea is indeed beautiful.

GGuest UserWe, 4 of us, stayed in Cancun Bay Resort for 2 nights only. Originally, we planned to stay there for a total of 5 days. But we did not extend our stay in this hotel. Honestly, the location is not ideal, as the beach is small and not swimmable. This all-inclusive resort does not provide variety of food, and the quality of the food is no good. We do not see some fresh seefood during our stay there. I would not recommend my friends to this hotel for vacation.

SsweetnieMura hotel was located in Cancun Centro. We stayed one night before heading out to Cancun International Airport. The hotel was clean. It provided just the right facilities in amenities, including honey shampoo, and conditioner that I needed after swimming in the sea. The hot water and pressure of water was excellent after a long trip. The only recommendation we have is having a few more switches and plugs. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shops. Staff are very friendly. Guess room is spacious and clean, although the bathroom fixtures are a little outdated. The ocean is clear and calm. They will offer guests free breakfast and spas after check-in, in turn to attend a time-share presentation. After we politely but firmly declined the offer; they did not push again through our stay.

We requested a late check-in due to our plane's itinerary. Since there is a 24-hour door staff, there was no inconvenience.
The room was just what we needed. It also included a fridge, microwave oven, toaster, induction cooktop, and dinnerware.
A convenience store, a pharmacy, and a supermarket are within walking range, as well as the access to the beach.
One thing to improve is toiletries size, especially soap and shampoo.

GGuest UserWe went to Cancun to end our honeymoon. We were greeted with a massive smile from all the hotel staff. Merary kindly checked us in. She saw we were on our honeymoon and very kindly upgraded us to an incredible room with the swim up pool. The room was stunning. We could chill in the pool whilst facing the beach. Not only did we get an upgrade we arrived at our room which had been decorated with balloons on the bed and the word love written with ribbon. We were also given a little cake too. The staff for our whole stay could not do enough for us. The food and drink options available were amazing! So much choice for both. The bar at night could have maybe done with another member of staff serving as we were waiting a long time for drinks but was worth it. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach but also being so close to many other restaurants and bars in La Isla. Would 100% recommend this hotel.
