Amazing
앨앨꼬LeBlanc will remain a good memory for my wife and I for a long time.
I compared several places, including Nijuk and Hyatt, as recommended by acquaintances, and one of the reasons I ultimately chose them was because they had a Korean concierge.
They say Mexico has become a lot safer, but there are things you don't know.
I chose this as a way to help out and LeBlanc was a godsend during this two week long vacation.
I spent time in Tulum before arriving at LeBlanc, and there was a theft at the Azulik Hotel, which is popular for its eco-friendliness. After looking through Trip and Google reviews, I feel really sorry that I was not aware of the frequent Azulic theft incidents. Damage exceeding 4 million won was suffered...
I tried my best to find it, but English conversation is difficult in Mexico. Even though there was only one police officer who spoke English, it was very difficult.
My husband and I were able to come to our senses, even though the case could not be resolved, with the help of LeBlanc's Korean concierge, Jaeha Kim.
If Jeha wasn't there, the rest of my vacation schedule would have been ruined.
Even though he was busy, he focused on my wife and I and helped us with our work, and even after returning to Korea, he asked how we were doing and gave us great comfort. I was deeply touched by his sincerity toward his guests.
He was also very professional in solving the problem and explained in a coherent manner all the things to do and relax at the hotel.
Spots and tips inside and outside the hotel, and even tips for selecting clothes at the photo zone.^^
He even showed me pictures of what was delicious, what was good to buy, etc. Where can I meet someone like this?
Dear Jaeha, this is the first and last day for the Dink couple, who travel twice a year and focus a large part of their lives on travel.
The angel concierge at Le Blanc, which was like heaven♡
I have enjoyed all-inclusive experiences in Egypt.
First of all, Leblanc's liquor was exceptionally excellent, beyond comparison.
The quality of the dishes also did not lag behind.
Of course, there were some that seemed a bit insincere, but wouldn't one out of a hundred things be lacking to be humane?^^
Even if you are tired, we recommend that you enjoy the meal at one of the many restaurants rather than room service.
There are a variety of things to enjoy, including classes, spas, laser shows, performances, and more.
The private beach is also kept very clean.
I think it is a strength that can appeal because it is compared to other places, and I hope that Le Blanc will be established not only in Cancun but also in other places.
So much so that my husband is thinking about living at Le Blanc for a month.. haha.
When a picky and strict Korean man thinks about the LeBlanc Flex, his mouth hurts.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement:
1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet.
2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system.
3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard to reach.
4. The hotel had a noticeable damp smell in both the rooms and hallways, and ventilation was necessary to reduce it.
5. The Wi-Fi was slow and unstable, which was inconvenient.
6. As for the restaurant, the food tasted average, with the grilled meats being too salty. It would be great to see more breakfast variety, especially in terms of bread and sugar-free yogurt options.

Cocktail are good. If you want to relax then not a good choice but if you want party 16 hours constantly then it is right choice. Advise to management pls improve food quality and variety and room amenties

GGuest UserWhere do I start from? Daniel , Erik and the whole squad were exceptional. SLS Cancun is situated in the Marina which is probably the most expensive and most luxurious place in the whole of Cancun. There are loads of restaurants and a big shopping mall literally 7-10 mins walk from the hotel. The Marina is amazing with loads of fine dinning and descent priced restaurants. I stayed in one of the suites which happens to have 2 bathrooms and a full ocean view. The best thing about this hotel and the area (the Marina) is how private, secure (tho Cancun is safe) and affluent the area is. I call the area little Miami. If you want a loud noisy area, this is not the place for you. But if you want a bit of class and then drive into the noisy area and back to peace then SLS is for you. People pay to come to the beach so it’s a private beach but obviously free for hotel guest , so you will never see a rowdy group of people. I rented a car during my stay through the hotel without even paying a deposit to the car company and obviously you get Valet parking every time. The guys are attentive and always happy to help.Ask for Daniel and Erik, those guys are everything you need. I’ll see you soon.

Full board is provided, but reservations are required for all restaurants except the buffet. The steakhouse was good, but it was difficult to get a reservation. I gave the check-in guy a $5 tip, but the service was worse than nothing. Other than that, everything else was quite good.

This stay at [Hotel Name] completely exceeded my expectations. From the details to the service, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it with a full score!
First, the hygiene and environment were impeccable. The moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh with no strange odors, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and smooth, feeling soft and comfortable. The bathroom floor was dry with no puddles, and the sink and toilet were wiped spotless. Even the shower glass had no water stains, making for a truly reassuring stay. From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains.
Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care.
Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever.
Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!

There is a facility to rinse with water after playing in the pool or at the beach, and I think the consideration of turning on hot water is the basic mind of the hotel. VViverosThe staff in general is always willing to help you, I only had a bad time, upon arrival before arriving at our room, they offered a promotional package to my wife, she accepted and “invited” us a breakfast (which was already included in our all inclusive rate) There began our unpleasant experience. We were summoned at 8:00 am, at first the person who accompanied us to lunch was very friendly, but after he hurried us at breakfast, we could not have breakfast what we wanted because there was no time, only 30 minutes, when a day before we They said they invited us to a breakfast to give us a presentation about Omni hotels. We wanted to finish breakfast, but we agreed to see the hotel suites and then they took us to their sales room, when they tried to sell us the vacation package that we from the beginning said we were not interested they became aggressive and tried to pressure my wife , so we stopped the “presentation” and left, but they made us have a bad time, of course they didn't give us anything promised. I recommend you not accept any promotion at this hotel, because your sales staff does not know how to treat customers. Otherwise, all good.
