SShandianjiankeThe room was fantastic, and the hotel facilities were also excellent. It has a private beach right on its doorstep, and the service was exceptional. The only minor drawback is that it's located in a hotel zone, making trips to the supermarket a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, it was perfect!

MM19869****It's new, clean, and tidy, with excellent service. The only downside is that the toiletries weren't fully stocked. I was very satisfied with the two separate sinks, and the separate toilet and shower were very convenient. The number of towels provided was ample. The restaurant service and food were both excellent, no disappointments. They even poured champagne at check-in, and there was also a complimentary bottle of champagne in the room. It's great value for money and I would recommend it to friends.

GGuest UserLet me start with the good things: all-inclusive, worry-free, food and beverage standards are really good (Japanese food is actually delicious for Asians, especially scallop melt; there are performances every night, the beach is beautiful (you can also walk to the Hyatt Beach next door for free & watch dolphins). Then let's start the complaints: I was in a really bad mood when I entered the hotel on the first day. They said that the whole hotel has sea view rooms, but they gave us a room with the most trees in the whole hotel!!! (I observed around the hotel), as shown in the picture, you can't see the sea at all... The phone was broken and I couldn't call room service or the front desk; there was no refill in the pen, and the device on the top of the door fell down and almost hit someone, the bathroom was old, the toilet cover was peeling and it hurt the skin when you sat down, the shower head was as shown, rusty + seriously clogged... Then the toilet was clogged, we had to go to the front desk to call someone to fix it. The bedding was very damp. At that time, I felt that I was wasting 6000rmb a night. There was no way to make an appointment for free activities by phone, you had to go to one end of the beach to ask, and when you asked, they said it was windy and there were two free kayaks and padel. We couldn't play boarding. When we asked when the wind would be less, we were told that we couldn't play all day. Then they promoted snorkeling (for a fee). After we left, we saw many people playing kayaks two hours later... We were too lazy to cross the entire sun-bathed beach to ask... The food was served very slowly. I don't know if it was to extend the dining time... Many restaurants had seats available but said that they couldn't serve us and we had to wait in line... In summary: If you want to book this hotel, you must be mentally prepared. Your money is spent on food and beach. Don't expect five-star hotel room facilities and services. Secondly, be prepared for endless tips to enjoy good service, otherwise you will be frowned, cold-faced, and neglected... The last two photos are of the rooms on the first floor that were being cleaned. They have much better sea views than the rooms on the second floor where we stayed 😩😩😩

1. This is like 3 stars hotel.
2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes
3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay....
4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants.
5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars.
6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):)
So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

GGuest UserOverall, it's pretty decent. This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths. Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages.
The interior decor is a bit dated, which is understandable as the hotel has been around for decades. The service was generally good, and the staff were quite friendly and enthusiastic. The ocean is beautiful, and the food was decent. The only real drawback is how crowded it gets. If you're someone who dislikes busy environments, this hotel might not be for you. We even missed out on dining at the Italian restaurant due to the sheer number of people.
To sum up, if you're a first-time visitor to Cancun looking for a truly comfortable or luxurious hotel experience, this might not be the ideal choice. However, if your main goal is simply to relax and lounge on a beautiful beach, then this place is perfectly adequate.

GGuest UserPerfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible.
The pools are just the right size for activities and socializing, but the real highlight is the stunning beach — that’s where I spent most of my time. Dining options are plentiful with several restaurants to choose from (reservations are required), and the bars offer a wide variety of drinks. The café is also a must-visit.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. This isn’t a massive, party-centric resort — it’s better suited for travelers looking to relax and enjoy the beach in a more laid-back atmosphere. If there’s one area for improvement, it would be refreshing the rooms and hallways, as they’re starting to show their age.

This stay at [Hotel Name] completely exceeded my expectations. From the details to the service, everything felt incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I absolutely recommend it with a full score!
First, the hygiene and environment were impeccable. The moment I opened the door, my eyes lit up. The room was spacious and bright, the air was fresh with no strange odors, the sheets and duvet covers were perfectly white and smooth, feeling soft and comfortable. The bathroom floor was dry with no puddles, and the sink and toilet were wiped spotless. Even the shower glass had no water stains, making for a truly reassuring stay. From the window, I could see a small garden, which was particularly therapeutic to wake up to when opening the curtains.
Second, the facilities were comprehensive and considerate. The air conditioning in the room cooled and heated quickly with very little noise, ensuring I wasn't disturbed while sleeping. The mattress was moderately firm, and there were pillows of different thicknesses to choose from; I slept for two nights without any back pain. The room also came equipped with USB charging ports, a hairdryer, and bottled mineral water. Even the toiletries were pump-style and felt high-quality – every detail showed great care.
Finally, the service was warm and efficient. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles, quickly processed our paperwork, and even proactively shared information about nearby restaurants and transportation routes. When I called the front desk midway through my stay to borrow a charger, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. Check-out was even more efficient; verifying information and issuing the invoice was done in one smooth process. They even kindly asked if we needed help calling a taxi, showing no impatience whatsoever.
Such a hotel with great value for money and excellent service is truly perfect for travelers. I've already recommended it to friends, and I will definitely choose this place again the next time I visit this city!

VViverosThe staff in general is always willing to help you, I only had a bad time, upon arrival before arriving at our room, they offered a promotional package to my wife, she accepted and “invited” us a breakfast (which was already included in our all inclusive rate) There began our unpleasant experience. We were summoned at 8:00 am, at first the person who accompanied us to lunch was very friendly, but after he hurried us at breakfast, we could not have breakfast what we wanted because there was no time, only 30 minutes, when a day before we They said they invited us to a breakfast to give us a presentation about Omni hotels. We wanted to finish breakfast, but we agreed to see the hotel suites and then they took us to their sales room, when they tried to sell us the vacation package that we from the beginning said we were not interested they became aggressive and tried to pressure my wife , so we stopped the “presentation” and left, but they made us have a bad time, of course they didn't give us anything promised. I recommend you not accept any promotion at this hotel, because your sales staff does not know how to treat customers. Otherwise, all good.
