4-Star Hotels in Kuqa

This was my third consecutive stay at a Wanda Realm hotel in Xinjiang, having previously stayed in Korla and Aksu. The experience at the Kuqa location wasn't as good as the other two. It might be due to this hotel being older, but there were noticeable, ingrained stains on the bathroom counter that clearly hadn't been cleaned for a long time, which was quite off-putting. Another major issue that affected my experience was the breakfast. We were told at check-in that breakfast hours were from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. However, when we arrived at the restaurant around 9:10 AM, there was hardly any food left – just five or six small bread rolls and two pieces of fried dough that looked like leftovers. There was no soy milk or regular milk, and the coffee machine was out of water with no one attending to it. No one refilled any of the food items, and tables weren't being cleared, which made both the food and the environment unappetizing. We ended up barely eating anything. Another guest in the restaurant also complained about the situation, and the staff member simply said that earlier guests had eaten everything. Overall, the hotel isn't terrible, and it's slightly less impressive than other Wanda Realm hotels in different regions, but the price was also lower. However, today's breakfast experience was truly unprecedented and unlike anything I've ever encountered.

This is a well-established hotel, excellent in all aspects. This is my second stay. The environment is clean and tidy, the location is excellent, and it's very convenient for getting around. The room facilities are complete, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and toiletries are plentiful. The service is warm and attentive, the staff are very friendly, and it's great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again! Highly recommended!

Let me complain, the person who designed the shower head in the bathroom is *****. It is installed inside the bathtub. The height is limited. You can only squat in it to take a shower. Why can't you install an external shower? Other feelings are okay, the hardware is good, the breakfast is rich, and parking is convenient. What makes people uncomfortable is that there are a group of jade sellers at the door, like locusts, following your butt to sell. Hotel management is a problem.

The room can be considered a five-star hotel in Shanghai! But parking and breakfast need to be improved. Maybe because the hotel is big, there are so many people eating breakfast. When we had breakfast, many dishes were not available. The service staff kept serving food, but they couldn't bear the crowds and found a seat. It took me a long time to find~

Yesterday's stay at the new C-building of the Kuqa Hotel was a delightful surprise! The modern minimalist style, warm colors paired with wood elements, created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly, the bathroom was clean and upscale, and there was plenty of hot water. Attention to detail was evident; a kettle and tea bags were provided, and the large window offered a wide view and excellent natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a super comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuqa! Well, words fail me, just look at the pictures! In short, I loved it!

I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. The front desk staff were incredibly accommodating. I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they not only switched us to a double room but also provided a complimentary upgrade! The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped. I particularly loved the amount of natural light in the room. What's more, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
