666879This is a large hotel with excellent facilities and professional management. It's located right across from Nanhu Park, and just over the bridge, you'll find the Nanhu Night Market with tons of BBQ stalls. The hotel's parking lot is massive, but it's always packed with guests, from self-drivers to tour groups. Breakfast was decent, and the male manager with glasses was constantly on the move, refilling dishes due to the sheer number of guests. Wishing the hotel continued success!

GGuest UserLet me complain, the person who designed the shower head in the bathroom is *****. It is installed inside the bathtub. The height is limited. You can only squat in it to take a shower. Why can't you install an external shower? Other feelings are okay, the hardware is good, the breakfast is rich, and parking is convenient. What makes people uncomfortable is that there are a group of jade sellers at the door, like locusts, following your butt to sell. Hotel management is a problem.

This stay was truly a pleasant surprise! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, every detail was comforting and thoughtful.
Excellent Location: Located in the city center and near scenic spots, the hotel offers convenient transportation, making it easy to go shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The surroundings are also quiet, making it a perfect base for rest.
Impeccable Service: The front desk staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and efficient. Upon noticing our luggage, the concierge immediately offered assistance with a smile. Every time we met the staff, they proactively greeted us, making us feel right at home.
Amazing Room: The Deluxe King Room we booked was even better than we expected! The room was spacious and bright, decorated in a modern and elegant style, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable; it felt like being enveloped in a cloud, allowing for a dreamless night's sleep. The shower had just the right water pressure and temperature, washing away a day's fatigue.
Facilities and Dining: The hotel's breakfast was extensive, combining a blend of Chinese and Western cuisine, and was delicious. The well-maintained gym and swimming pool also added a healthy touch to our trip.
This stay was absolutely worth the money and I have highly recommended it to my friends

GGuest UserIt was a very satisfying stay. The hotel called ahead to ask what time we would arrive and turned on the air conditioning for us. They were very considerate. The front desk lady also thoughtfully upgraded our room type and gave us dried fruits and yogurt after check-in. It was very nice. The service was superb, hahahaha!!! The bed was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant and gym were all very good. This hotel is a real gem. I will stay there again next time I come!!! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

GGuest UserYesterday's stay at the new C-building of the Kuqa Hotel was a delightful surprise! The modern minimalist style, warm colors paired with wood elements, created a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and I slept soundly, the bathroom was clean and upscale, and there was plenty of hot water. Attention to detail was evident; a kettle and tea bags were provided, and the large window offered a wide view and excellent natural light. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a super comfortable overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuqa! Well, words fail me, just look at the pictures! In short, I loved it!

I had accidentally booked the wrong room type, and they not only switched us to a double room but also provided a complimentary upgrade! The room was spacious, bright, and fully equipped. I particularly loved the amount of natural light in the room. What's more, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!
