I stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied. I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy. The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated. The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient. This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

The only regret is that the business suite wedding room we booked was changed to the next day, and then it was changed to a deluxe king-size bed room. The service was good, the front desk staff were very polite, and parking was free with a parking voucher. The soundproofing was quite good, making it relatively quiet. Overall, it's not bad, but slightly inferior to other brands in other cities. The price is mid-to-high range for the local area, so I suggest improving the value for money.
