I stayed at this hotel with my family for the second time. Compared to our previous stay, the service and overall experience have improved even more. We are truly very satisfied. I would like to thank every staff member who took care of us during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was very delicious. Most importantly, our children were very happy. The reception staff were especially kind and friendly. In particular, I would like to sincerely thank the female receptionists who were working on the evening of March 13, 2026. They kindly helped us locate a Taobao package that had been delivered somewhere in the hotel but we could not find. They even called to check and helped us find it, which we really appreciated. The lady who welcomed guests at the breakfast area was also very polite and kind. The food was tasty, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. Another great advantage is that Wu Mart is very close to the hotel, which is very convenient. This will definitely be our regular choice for future stays.

The wedding room and banquet hall are both in Hilton Garden Inn. The wedding room is indeed easy to be photographed. The cleaning lady saw that it was a wedding room and took the initiative to provide red sheets for the wedding room. The service awareness is great. The only regret is that the business suite wedding room we booked was changed to the next day, and then it was changed to a deluxe king-size bed room. When decorating the wedding room, the operation manager Mr. Feng helped to arrange and post the wedding characters, etc. I am very satisfied. Overall very nice

Although it is a little far from Dachang, the hotel environment is very good, newly renovated, fully equipped, and the price is very cheap. Parking at the door is very convenient. There is also a small shopping mall 1.2 kilometers away. The location is very good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic and will help solve any problems immediately. It is really good. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel is new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but what impressed me the most was the staff. I would especially like to thank a receptionist named 尚雯婕 (Shang Wenjie). During my stay, I needed to travel to downtown Beijing every day and arrange transportation. Since I do not speak Chinese, this was quite challenging for me. Shang Wenjie went above and beyond to help me every single day. She assisted me in finding drivers, communicated with them on my behalf, and generously spent her own time making sure everything went smoothly. Without her help, it would have been very difficult for me to make these trips. I would like to express my sincere gratitude both to the hotel and especially to Shang Wenjie for her kindness, professionalism, patience, and exceptional service. Her support made my stay much more comfortable and enjoyable.
