GGuest UserThe B&B is in a very quiet small village, and time feels like it has slowed down. The room is very clean and has the wood style that I like. It is suitable to come here to relax when you are very tired, watch the big trees outside the window swaying in the wind, and you will fall asleep quickly. I like the kitten here very much. MM249758****I chose this hotel for this trip, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady proactively helped with our luggage and even gave us slippers and a picture book for our children—such thoughtful details. The room was huge, and the bedding was so soft it felt like sleeping on a cloud. The best part was the small balcony, where my child spent the entire afternoon admiring the flowers in the community garden and refused to leave.
The breakfast was incredible! The buffet area had a huge variety, not just the usual suspects like steamed buns and porridge.
My favorite part was when we checked out, the front desk staff heard we were catching a high-speed train and proactively called a ride-hailing service, even notifying the driver in advance to pick us up at the station. This kind of ”treating guests like family” service is truly rare! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in this city!

The accommodation is suitable and the environment is beautiful. It is only one kilometer away from Wugong Mountain. You can get to the entrance of the scenic spot for only ten yuan per person. You can go up the mountain. I changed clothes in the front, and the proprietress helped dry them and folded them very neatly. There were coffee and swimming pools, and the room was clean and tidy, but there were mosquitoes on the mountain. There was a restaurant behind the hotel, and the food was good. The intervals were slightly higher. Four dishes and four bowls of rice were two. It costs around 100, but what makes me most comfortable is the service attitude of the landlady, who takes meticulous care of me. When I come down to pick up my luggage after a tiring day on the mountain, Ren will ask if you need any help, including a change of clothes and plastic bags for grinding coffee and instant noodles. , and can help you book a driver to the station. I came from Gansu. The enthusiasm of the landlady showed me that the people of Pingxiang have a warm heart.

Advantages:
1. Convenience: It is not far from the bus station and the downtown street, 200 meters away; it is close to the Wugong Mountain trail entrance, 100 meters away on foot; it is close to the commercial street, 50 meters away on foot, and it is convenient for shopping and eating.
2. Quiet: The hotel is not on the street in the downtown area, and most of the rooms are on the mountain side, which is relatively quiet. The bedding is OK and conducive to sleep.
3. The hotel environment is good: The overall garden design of the hotel is good, with a back garden, a small viewing platform, and a small reservoir on the back mountain. It is nice to take a walk after dinner.
4. The hotel is equipped with a foot bath bucket, which is very considerate.
Disadvantages:
1. The hotel does not turn on the cold air conditioning: I checked in for the last 3 days of April, and there were not many people. I can understand that the hotel does not turn on the air conditioning and dehumidification in the public areas in order to save costs, but it was so hot during those days, why turn off the cooling of the guest rooms and let the air conditioning heat cycle in the guest rooms? The good point is that after reporting to the staff, the cooling was turned on.
2. The air conditioner smells musty: It is really very strong. We asked a technician to come into the room to fix it. The technician was speechless and said that there was no way. We stayed for 3 days and did not turn on the air conditioner at night for fear of fainting in the room due to the stench.
The hot air circulation and the musty smell of the air conditioner made the three of us feel that the hotel accommodation was the biggest failure of this trip.
BTW, on the day of check-out on May 1, the central air conditioner and lights in the lobby were turned on. It felt that the guests at the end of April were not human beings, and our experience was not important.
2. Facility design defects: The shower area is not designed reasonably, the waterproof platform at the door opening is too low, the sealing under the door is not enough, the door opens outward, the water is a little bigger and the shower head does not lean inward, you will feel what it means to flood the Jinshan Mountain.
4. Service: The 3 nights were divided into several orders. After the order of the first night ended, before checking out, the hotel staff added WeChat and asked to give a 5-star review and asked to bring the name of a certain employee. I said that I would make a unified comment after checking out, but the service staff still asked to comment on the day this order ended. I was speechless. I can understand that there are KPI indicators, but it is too bad for good impression.

As a diamond member of Qunar, I would like to call this B&B the ceiling of B&Bs in Wugong Mountain Scenic Area. It’s not because of how high-end or luxurious their rooms are, but because I really like their big yard. There is a swimming pool, a stream, a bamboo forest, and an orchard. Can you believe it? We live in B&Bs because even if we can’t go to the poetry and distance we yearn for, we still have to walk into nature occasionally and capture the joy hidden in the breeze. Here you can satisfy all your fantasies about nature. Note: The proprietress is super nice, very elegant and very cultured. 👍👍👍

There are many parking spaces. You can park and go at any time. Eva's service is great! She also added WeChat and sent me the location of Xianfeng Sanbao in the park! It's really considerate! The hotel also has a 24-hour free gym, the room is very clean, the bath water temperature is comfortable and constant, the price-performance ratio is super high, and the surrounding environment is also very good. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, there are not many types, there are soup powder, cold dishes, staple food, soy milk juice, etc., no problem to eat.
Service: There were a lot of passengers when I checked in on the same day, several people at the front desk were queuing, and the processing speed was very slow. Obviously, there are two staff members at the front desk who have a person in charge of handling. According to the situation, the processing staff should be increased to improve the efficiency of the check-in.

The hotel is very large. It is very cool to take a walk in the park around 6 pm and you can also watch the beautiful sunset. After dinner, take a walk in the park to digest the food.
